Mostly ok
The move was pretty quick which was great. A few items were scratched and some were quite dirty as well which was a bit disappointing. I don't think that it is great to have the survey questions at the same time as paying (as soon as the move is over) as one hasn't had time to see the condition of the items moved. When I moved from Sydney to Melbourne and used Pedemonts - the packing and condition of all my items was perfect - this was not the case with this move. If you are striving to do better I suggest you look at how they operate.

We moved home from Moonee Ponds to Ivanhoe and the guys at Prestige Moving were just awesome! They were super careful in making sure all items were picked packed and delivered without an issue.. I would definitely recommend Prestige Moving to anyone wanting to take the stress out of moving home!
