I’ve used more than 30 different hosting companies since 2004 and this is my best experience as a new customer. I am on the cheapest plan just trying things out but I am getting world class customer support that I didn’t get as an “enterprise plan customer” elsewhere.

I love Pressable. I am always in a hurry and I am a good computer user, not a tech expert. When I have a problem I don’t have time to spend a day figuring out the technical stuff I need to know to try and fix it, I need it FIXED. Pressable’s tech support is fast, every person I’ve ever worked with was extremely pleasant, not just nice, and my problems are always solved with a minimum of effort on my part. They are incredibly dependable- I have come to rely on them and they are always there for me, and the fewer things you have to worry about when you’re a small business starting out the easier things are.

Pressable is the best hosting service around. I'm a professional website developer and my main client switched to Pressable when one of our sites was having server issues on another hosting platform. I've been using Pressable for a few big clients for years now and I have plenty of other accounts to compare it to.
Without a doubt, the best thing about Pressable is the service. Their chat function is fast - you get connected to a capable, willing, helpful person everytime. They are great at explaining how to correct issues while working TOGETHER to solve the problem.
Lots of hosting services send you a FAQ link that but Pressable walks through the issue with you so 1) it's corrected quickly and 2) you learn along the way.
I recommend Pressable to every new client and can not say enough good things about them.
I say they are the Ritz Carlton of hosting providers.

With Matthews invaluable help, I’m finally able to start designing my website. He was and is the consummate professional- knowledgable, patient and pleasant to work with. Matthew went above and beyond in his support for taking my staging site live. We had some complicated things to get set up and he really helped and stuck with me to the very end. He worked with me for 3 hours to make sure I understood everything I needed to do and he handled the tasks he could himself. He responded quickly to my questions and follow-up questions and comments.
