I ordered two items from PresentPet on 12th December. I still haven't received them! In fact two weeks after the purchase, I was told one of the items was out of stock. I emailed complaining that they shouldn't be selling items they don't have. I asked for a refund but I had no reply from them. This morning I had the standard email again saying my items were on their way but via their tracking system, the order hasn't progressed from the day I ordered. Do not use this company. I wish I'd checked this site before making a purchase.

I bought 2 large beds - one for our dogs and one for my daughter’s dog. The beds are lovely and soft and the dogs love them.

No issue with the quality of the product, however:

1. Product description misleading and sizing is very inaccurate.
2. Delivery time takes ages.
3. Appears to be a drop shipping supplier with products being sent from anywhere in the world. No issues with the principle of this but it is something that is hidden.
4. I question whether their product reviews are accurate, they seem too good to be true.

Whilst my product did arrive eventually. In this day and age I would expect a far more speedy service with a robust customer support. This appears to be a pop up business aimed at making a quick buck.

Never buy from them! They sent me a faulty pet feeder that does not work. There UK London address is in fact an Estates Agents. They are a bunch of scammers! In the process of getting my money back!

Terrible Customer Service

Its been a month since I ordered my dog coat. It didn't turn up and the tracking system does not work. I tried calling them and they say email them and they will respond within 24h which of course they don't

When they finally responded they said "oh thats out of stock" - why did it take them a month to tell me its out of stock - god knows when it will be returned

Although the sizing of the dog bed was misleading, ie we could have selected one size smaller, it is lovely and soft, snuggly and warm. It cost more than I would normally expect to pay but will be ideal when we get our wooden floors.

I would advise that you do not give this so called company any of your money.They are a complete scam.I’ve had the same lies as other reviews.They say they are in the uk but are not at all.Basically steal your money from you.Any of the good feedback on here is rubbish and probably done by themselves.

Customer service shocking no help at all, still not received my coat for my dog been sat in transit for over 20 days - I WILL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH TRADING STANDARDS AND BE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH MY BANK TO REVERSE THE PAYMENT! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A MASSIVE SCAM FROM CHINA DISGUSTING HOW U NEVER MENTION THIS TOO - company should be shut down !!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is not clear when buying an item that it has to ship from China. The bed I ordered was really bad quality, not as depicted and not sufficient for a comfortable dog bed for my dog. I emailed asking for a refund and complaining about 10 times and was ignored again and again. Finally I got a reply after threatening to report them. I have to ship the bed back to China at my cost!! I gave up, it wasn't worth the stress with everything else going on at the moment. Almost £70 down and having to buy another bed on the run up to Christmas. Shockingly bad you horrible company

Haven’t received my coat yet but I don’t know why I didn’t look on here first. Especially when I’ve found the coat on Amazon for £11! Instead of £30! Hideously expensive and I’m totally gutted it’s not usually something I’d do (buy off a random site) but I just did and now I’m dreading what turns up as I know there isn’t going to be an easy route to return either! If it ever does show up!!

Waited ages on my pet bed to come & emailed them several times. When it eventually came I was very disappointed with it, very flat & hardly no filling in it. Wouldn’t but from them again & the bed was expensive.

Bought a coat for our Cockapoo. The sizing was way out and it took several weeks to arrive!

We contacted them for a return/refund (gmail address immediately had me worried) and received a reply asking me to post back to China! Which has to be tracked ... the minimum costs over £25!! Only £4 less than the entire purchase!

Very unhappy and would urge anyone to buy from a more reputable source.

Orders take forever to come. Don’t buy from this company. Another company claiming they are UK but products are coming by pigeon post from China! Still waiting for the dog coat I ordered. Won’t buy again!

Have taken my money but not sent me my item. I placed my order for a dogs bed at the beginning of November, have emailed back and forth where I was eventually told that the item I wanted was out of stock and subsequently offered a cat bed. To date I have still not received any confirmation that my order will be sent out or I will be refunded my money.

I went on their website yesterday to check my order status and it had been completely removed, displaying “order number not recognised”.

Very pleased with my dog bed which was bought for my mum's 3 pooches after I noticed how uncomfortable they looked sleeping on their old bedding. The dogs absolutely love this bed and my mum is over the moon with it. I purchased the large 100x100cm one in Frost which is the perfect size for 3 small dogs. Delivery time was 2 weeks which is amazing considering the delays caused by Covid. Overall really pleased with the product and service received by Presentpet. Would recommend.

BUYER BEWARE : After receiving a poor quality dog bed that sheds so much fur we had to hoover 4 times a day (much worse than any dog!) They do NOT provide return labels and you have to ship to CHINA at vast expense £120 for dog beds and then it would be £96 for shipping..... PLUS reading the small print no guarantee of a REFUND!!!!

I ordered a purple coat for my dog, after a week they told me the purple was out of stock and asked if I would be happy with the blue one, I replied within three hours saying no I did not want the blue one and please refund me. I heard nothing so I chased it up twice more, then I had an email saying that they had requested my cancellation, although it wasn’t a cancellation it was them that couldn’t supply what I had ordered. I emailed again and told them this, I then get an email saying that my parcel was on its way!!!! I emailed and said it should never have been sent as I didn’t agree to the blue one. I heard nothing for two days, I sent another email saying I would contact PayPal about their shoddy customer service and I also tried to track my parcel, whilst doing this it said it hadn’t been sent yet!!!! I would not touch this company with a barge pole. I did eventually get a refund. Plus I found the same coat on Amazon half the price.

I bought a nail grinder from this company and within 6 weeks the grinding wheel had worn down completely. They advertise the product as long lasting and hard wearing which it really is not. They even have a diamond image next to the product! Will not use again.

An absolute joke. Stupidly didn’t read the reviews until after I had placed the order. Instantly regretted my decision and emailed to cancel straight away. I didn’t get a reply for other 3 days after sending 3 emails and a Facebook message. They then told me it was too late to cancel as it had already been shipped. Well I received my shipping email lastnight 7 days later so basically they just refused to refund me. God knows what is going to turn up I dread to think and by the sounds of the other reviews I won’t be able to send it back either. Would avoid at all costs....
