I ordered online and uploaded my designs and was given a date they'd arrive by. I also included notes on my order.

I then had to ask and chase the order and was told their system didn't recognise weekends and therefore didn't give an accurate estimate for delivery. But, then it was still late after chasing. The design arrived blurry, 'liney' and had blue ink smudged across it (not from my design). Products were unusable, so I had to go to a same day printer, as I had an event to use these at.

Fast forward to me requesting a refund. I cannot fault Cat in the office, she was quick and efficient with answering me on all occasions.
Daimen then offered a full refund and reprint - which I will keep as spares for future events.

I did have to do a little bit of nudging for information and updates regarding refund etc. But on arrival of the fresh prints, they are perfect.

Thank you for rectifying the situation and providing a good product.

Great customer service from Cat. She was so helpful when I had an urgent printing job for my client and I was struggling to upload the artwork on the website (my fault, not the website.)
She went above and beyond to help me and we got it all ordered before the cut off time.

Quality was exactly as we expected and needed for our event. Arrived in time despite a small delay which PP were quick to rectify.

Considering there is not much difference between single colour printing on Foamex boards, these guys came in significantly cheaper than other quotes (some up to 5x the price).

Would recommend and will use again.

Really poor service. Was emailed to say the prints had been left PP and were with the courier. On the day they were promised, I called to chase and they hadn't even left their building due to a printing error. Premier print didn't even let me know so that I couldn't arrange with another company so I could deliver a gift on time.

Ruined a birthday present as it was late. Gave the customer a full refund, and heard nothing, or received any compensation from Premier Print.

Useless company and most certainly will not be using them again.

Premierprint is really helpful and reasonably priced. Especially Taz he helped me fix the error and new artwork without charge.
Hopefully comeback again.

Blurry and hard to read foamboards and ignored emails when I asked them to rectify the issues and poor quality. As now my review has been deleted twice!

Ordered foam boards of various sizes for a wedding - attached my pdf files and they sent the boards in the wrong colour.

Reached out to them and they have fixed the issue. Many thanks to Paula in particular for being helpful

I ordered an A1 foam board for a welcome sign to a birthday party. The artwork for the sign included a number of photographs which were scanned into a computer and they all came out perfectly!

Premier Prints responded to my query about whether my artwork was accepted and on delivery timescales.

The board was delivered on the expected delivery date and looks exactly how I imagined!

Great value compared to other places I received quotes from.

Ordered some foamex display boards for my small business. Delivery was super quick (so quick I was unexpectedly able to use them at an event that weekend) and quality impeccable. Customer service was also excellent - they noticed my photos were not the right size and adjusted them for me. Would definitely recommend and use again - thanks so much premier print!

Outstanding value for money.

Really impressed with the print quality and accuracy to our logo.

Ours will be for indoor use only and the weight is perfect for transporting and setting up.

I never leave reviews - but after having 3 faultless experiences with Premier Print I just had to! Ordered 25 A2 boards for an event and the delivery was quick and quality was perfect. My two orders since were also a breeze. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Great banner, brilliantly priced and fast turnaround
Just ordered and received my banner. Let me say, the job they had wasn’t easy, my logo became pixelated and I couldn’t do much to help due to the package I used to design it. Communication was great, they took the time to do proofs and got my product to me the day after I approved it. I would highly recommend and won’t be using any other company for printing from on. I was so impressed, in art markets this type of printed media is always needed and I will always recommend this company in future.

I've been a wedding stationer for 5 years and finding a good quality printer is SUCH hard work! I ordered 2 x A0 signs with drill holes for my own wedding and the quality is fantastic. The matt laminate looks awesome and the packaging ensured no damage during transit (something I had almost come to expect from leading online printers). They arrived quickly and I cannot wait to display them at my wedding! Thank you.

Can not recommend these guys enough. Speed, price and quality. From small banners to pop ups, flags and anything else we need, they manage! Excellent service, helpful team and speedy delivery.
