Greenhouse shading.

We are happy with customer service and the quality of the netting, however we ordered 5m and only received 4.7m so we can't give five stars for that reason.

Black instead of Green

I had previously ordered green netting which was perfect for the job i required it to do. I then made a second purchase to extend the netting, to screen the neighbours dogs from barking at us. We then decided to extend the netting again and purchased another 3 metres of green netting. Unfortunately this arrived as black netting complete with a delivery note stating green. Luckily we were still able to use the black as it is partially within a hedge. I did contact sales and explain the error in the delivery and that i could use the black netting. I will purchase again and hope that the correct netting arrives.

Excellent service and price

Excellent service and price. I ordered 5m x 1.5m of 98% Shade Netting for Privacy. The order was promptly desptached and arrived a couple of days later. The quality is good it does exactly what I wanted.

I ordered 2 x 30m ground protection…

I ordered 2 x 30m ground protection netting. The price was good and it said they had a 100 in stock. Item didn’t turn up so I emailed. I can’t complain about the communication. It was quick, polite and efficient (3rd party I think), but how does their stock system take an order when they don’t have the item and don’t know when they’ll be getting it back in? Has wasted a week of my time waiting for it.
