Once your device is securely packed, simply drop it off at your local post office. Royal Mail will then safely transport your device to us for testing.
Step Four: Receive your payment
Once we have received and tested your device, you payment will be sent via the method chosen when registering your sale, either PayPal or BACS.

Quick and efficient service. I was sent a prepaid envelope as requested to send in my tech, they informed me once received, checked it quickly and the money was in my account the same day they told me it would be. Could not fault the service received.

I was looking at buying a new laptop…
I was looking at buying a new laptop but wanted to go the refurbished route.
As I was aware of Preloved Tech as their a Theo Paphitis #SBS winner I contacted them to see what they had available.
Ordered and arrived within days.

Selling a mobile phone
I had to start with a Google search to find a company who might be interested.
I selected a site which provided comparison prices from several companies based on the model and the condition. For my handset, a Google Pixel 3xl, Preloved Tech offered the best price. They provided a prepaid postal pack and contacted me on the phone's arrival to say that it would go through a review to assess whether it justified the value they had placed on it unseen.
Today they sent me an email to say that everything was fine and that they would pay the money to my account.
A simple process and a trouble-free way of selling a phone.
