Superb Customer Service

I ordered the teak deluxe shower bench. The quality of the item, from the workmanship to the color of the wood, is excellent. I had trouble receiving my free shipping coupon, reached out to customer service and they corrected the issue immediately. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely buy from Preferred Living again. Thank you.
