Amazing experience, didn't feel any pressure to buy anything and finally found the right engagement ring for us! Jake at the Cardiff branch offered exceptional service and we even got invited to an evening in the shop. The knowledge the staff have about their products is reassuring when you're buying and the no obligation to buy makes you feel welcome instead of pushed in to buying.

Got a bespoke ring made to order in limited timescale they were able to order it in the time that i needed it and i had the design made just how i wanted, staff where really helpful and gave us bubbly.

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Experience
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pravins today, thanks to Ashleigh. She was incredibly patient with all my questions, asked all the right questions herself, and took the time to show me a wide range of options while genuinely listening to what I was looking for.
She was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and never pressured into making a decision. Her attention to detail and customer service were exceptional, and I walked away with a purchase that I absolutely love.

Had been told that repair was ready, and valuation form had been e-mailed.
All went very well on arrival. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Drinks offered and lovely new presentation pouch found for necklace.
