Bad Client Service.

Horrible Client Service.
Problems with a saffiano bag 4x in less than a year.
They keep repairing it and saying that’s all they can do.
Want my money back.
Not a luxury service at all.
Avoid that company!!!!!!

Faultless service from start to finish,

Can not speak highly enough of Prada online. Ordered a brique saffiano leather bag on the Monday evening. Got confirmation straight away. Tuesday morning got another confirmation to confirm my order has been accepted. On the afternoon my order was shipped. Had a message from Prada and DHL with shipping saying my bag would be delivered today and it was.

Packaging was lovely in a black box and when I opened it there was a store back with ribbon on the handle and inside my bag was enclosed in a dustbag. Also my leather strap had a second dust bag for it. Nice touch. My receipt was enclosed inside a blue Prada envelope.

Very quick and efficient service form start to finish would recommend if you can not get into a Prada boutique then order online you want be disappointed.

Also had a few questions about my order and always managed to get someone to talk to straight away on there online chat service.

I'd give 0 if I could

I'd give 0 if I could imagine going to a shop your purchasing something and assistant is fussed on you being added to mailing list then taking SECURITY TAG OFF oh ye and overcharging by additions £10 to what is priced on tag. Yup I didn't think j had to double check peolle foing their jobs correctly. This happened in Bicester village lived emailed no response emailed customer service at bicester. Total joke I live an hour away from there.

Appalling customer service!

Appalling customer service and attitude. I had to write 4 emails asking where my order was after almost a month of waiting. When they finally got back to me I was told that half my order wasn’t now available and that was too bad as it was in their conditions, so I must just accept half an order. Oh well, plenty more, and better, designers to spend my money on in future!

0 service.. ordered a 2030 pounds Prada Spectrum and after 9 days of no information I gave them a call. The lady on the line was apologetic and promised to put a ticket forward and inform me within the same day. Nothing happened so on the 10th day I cancelled the order.

This company's service is a joke.

really fast love my bags

even during covid 19 my bag came from italy to the uk within a week from purchase to getting it!
the customer service live chat is really helpful as most companies now dont really have a way of you being able to instantly contact them!
love my prada reedition.
ordered on sunday and got my bag the following monday which is pretty quick!
a shout of to the guys on live chat!
