Honestly the worst service ever

Honestly the worst service ever! They lost my package and for 16 days no one was telling me that it was lost until i called them for the 5th time! They didn’t want to help me out but instead they started explaining themselves how it’s not their fault and they can’t do anything about it? How would you expect someone like this from a luxury brand like prada? I am sorry but your products are not worth buying when you have service like this! Worst worst worst!!!

My rating is actually 0/10 but cannot enter zero! I purchased a pair of shoes from Prada.com and after receiving the shoes, I tried one of them on one foot in my bedroom closet for less than 30 seconds. Due to poor fit and the way it looked on my foot, I arranged to return the shoes for refund by contacting customer service. After a week, the shoes were returned to me with a note enclosed stating “The product has not been returned in its unused and original condition”, alleging that I had worn the shoes!!! I contacted Prada client services to dispute this accusation and questioned “HOW COULD I HAVE WORN THE SHOES WHEN THEY DO NOT FIT???” Prada still insists that the shoes are “used”. This leads me to believe Prada is defrauding their customers by unloading their return merchandise on some unsuspecting customers like me and charging for the price of new shoes and are getting away with this fraudulent practice with impunity. Prada has refused to take the shoes back.

I had a very unpleasant conversation…

I had a very unpleasant conversation with the manager today, regarding a jacket that was bought from the Bloor location. The zipper got stuck and the manager Nick talked to me in a very demeaning tone saying that the are not responsable for what happened to the zipper and if their seamstress dezamăgesc the jacket they are not responsable.
In the past They had no problem with repairing a handle from a purse. Maybe they change the management, but 100% it will be No more shopping from this brand ever.

Product quality is not Prada quality standard

I ordered my second Prada bag. It arrived with a defect in the sewing which made the leather on the bottom of the bag look dented. I thought Prada was a proud Italian company? How do they let bags go to customers with such obvious defects in them? I'm so disappointed. I contacted customer service with a few questions but they sent me a canned response not answering any of my questions. I guess I'd have to return the bag, wait for a credit and reorder another one? Seems like a lot of inconvenient steps. I'm returning the bag and ordering a Fendi. I'm done with Prada. The quality isn't there any more.

Awful service!

Wow. You think they'd have a decent level of customer service support considering their prices. Such shocking service.

Ordered a £300 pair of gloves as a Christmas present. Granted they arrived within a week. They were badly manufactured and a metal badge was hanging off. Completed their online form asking to return the faulty items, waiting 3 weeks to get a generic email saying only items with the security tag can be returned. YES I KNOW!! I can read this on your website 3 weeks ago. The tag is still on the badly made gloves. Now what? I'm guessing I have another 2 week wait for the next email reply letting me return them.

In the meantime, re bought the gloves from Selfridges as they were a Christmas present. Guess what - yep, they arrived faulty too. At least Selfridges are easier to contact and get a refund.

Not a great service

I am disappointed with the service I experienced at Prada, considering this is one of the most high end company’s you would think the service would be outstanding. I tried placing an order via the website but the website seemed to crash, eventually I ended up placing the order by phone where a nice lady placed the order through and assured me I would receive a confirmation email later that day and the product would arrive within the next 3-5 working days. Later on the email arrived but 5 days had passed and the bag hadn’t. I didn’t think much of it due to the current circumstances of COVID and it being Christmas. 7 working days had past and I felt like it was getting a bit slow, if you know a product won’t arrive within the time frame you have stated it should be your responsibility to say that to the customer, but I was promised the item would arrive within that specific time frame. Eventually 10 working days had passed so I rang Prada, I was told that they would not find a tracking number but was told they would find it and email it over to me. 3 weeks later still no sign of a tracking number or a parcel, I rang them for a second time and I wasn’t impressed at all, the lady on the phone, who was helpful was confused as to why my tracking number had not been emailed, which shows a lack of communication but also said my parcel had not even been shipped yet, I said that it wasn’t great considering the time frame said other wise and I have been so patient and the parcel had just been sat there waiting to be sent off by Prada. I did receive an apology and I can’t fault the women on the phone but I have to fault Prada for being unorganised and not delivering their parcels in the time frame they promise their customers. I was disappointed because of the brand’s standard I did expect better.

Customer service 0/10

Bought a coat and there was no stopper on the pull string for the hood which meant the string kept falling out. Because it was bought from an outlet they did not want to refund despite them confirming it was a design flaw. Had to dispute it through my credit card provider, thank god I did not pay cash! But it wasted so much of my time.

Customer service 0/10, bought a Moncler instead. I had been a customer for many years, but will no longer buy from the brand.

Shocking customer service

I ordered a wallet for my wife for Christmas, it was delivered by DHL and left on my doorstep. When I arrived home from work it was no longer there. I contacted Prada about this issue and they said they were in discussions with DHL about a solution. That was 8 weeks ago, I still do not have a replacement wallet or the £535 that I paid for it. I have sent lots and lots of emails and made various phone calls but with no success. Considering this is such a high end brand they have a very low quality of customer service. I personally will not be shopping with them again.

A happy customer.

If you're planning to order online, I would highly recommend that you order direct from Prada. I order a bag in November, it came within 3 days from Milan and beautifully packaged. Last week I ordered a pair of boots and again it arrived in 3 days. The boots were perfect, unlike the pair I ordered from Netaporter, which I had to return.

Ordered some shoes and i did not liked…

Ordered some shoes and i did not liked them. I`ve created the return of the products and followed the instructions to request for a pickup date. After 3 weeks i have no answer. The phone number from the website is crap. I have 2 different mobile companies and they both say that my number is not configured for that call. I`ve sent dozens emails with 0 response. I`ve looked at the shipping label, and called the store that is receiving my return. 0 help. They said that i need to call the number from the website, even after i`ve told them that it is impossible for me to call that number. I`ve called DHL to pickup the package. They came next day so clearly it is Prada to blame not DHL. Worst experience ever. I will NEVER buy again from Prada.

Worst shopping experience ever.

Worst webside ever. You cant registrate submit button does not work. Have been trying to call the Copenhagen Boutique for 3 days 20 times a day and no answer. Since everything is soldout in store i wanted to buy online and Them webside fail and fail and fail.
