Seamless process: The office ran through all the pros and cons, was patient with circumstances that meant we had to postpone a decision, and the actual installation happened exactly how and when we had been told. The technician was very competent, helpful and friendly, and left everything in a good state. It's reassuring to know the pumps are being monitored and our basement is protected.

Best experience so far because PPS responded quickly to my out of hours early morning call and said their engineer would phone ahead, which he did do. Turned up at time forecasted and Bashir did an efficient job explaining the diagnosis and repair.

The engineer was here today and finally sorted out the issue. Before that I had two other engineers at my house and they couldn’t locate where the problem was. One suggested it was the main sewerage line which was blocked. It cost me £190 just to find out that that wasn’t the problem.
