Products quality is good although sizes are a little small. highly recommend to anyone just make sure you get a larger size. Delivery is always been good and on time and well packaged.

“Free” delivery
Crap
At a glance, delivery is free
But after the effort of checking out your order, registering your address information etc, you’re now told delivery is only free if you’ve spent £200
What a waste of time
Only suitable if you’re buying in bulk or for a business

Your website is misleading, unintuitive, and you either don’t know your own website or are just ignorant of the user experience when shopping with you
Failure to see small print is not the same as ignoring something
Your reply does not reflect well on you I’ve got to say. Between telling the internet what size tshirt I wear and suggesting you’ll prevent me from shopping with you if I don’t change my review, I am shocked
I’m not spending £5 delivery on a £1.50 tshirt and the fact that you think me not completing my order invalidaties my feedback on your shopping experience just shows how out of touch you are with potential customers

Have you really just written to tell me delivery is £4.95 and not £5? For the sake of five pence?
Is the work experience kid sat replying to emails or is it just a slow day in the office?

I'm sorry to say, your review is not only false but misleading too.
We can see you added to your basket at 3:50 on the 21st of November,
our item 38 in size 3xl.
Prior to proceeding to checkout, had you taken the time to look, you would have seen a big blue box to the left of the checkout button clearly showing all information regarding Shipping and delivery charges. £4.95 is a standard delivery charge applied to all order values less than £200, which again is clearly shown before you proceeded to checkout in the big blue box. Instead you have chosen to ignore this, add to your basket only to then post a negative review. Just for your information, customers who buy from us regularly also include members of public such as yourself, and not only businesses who also bulk buy as you suggested. Just to clarify, our products are fine as you have also suggested, and the 5 star rating on Trustpilot proves this. You haven't registered a contact number within your online account, had you have done so we have been more than happy to clarify the above points over the phone, it's very disappointing to see such a negative review from someone who hasn't bothered to take the time out to place an order properly, and hasn't actually received any physical goods from us.
We kindly request you remove this false and negative review within the next 24hrs.
Should you wish not to follow these instructions, kindly find another supplier,
and we will take the necessary steps to suspend your account.

Great customer service and good products in stock
Unfortunately never got the item but this was down to the 2 couriers merging and not at all down to PPE delivered. I have however had a previous delivery from them for 5x hi vis tops and for the price the quality is really good, would definately order again if i need anything else ppe related.
