We had a great buying experience with Powerzone in particular Hamza. We wanted to buy an ex display Neff double oven but couldn't see the images clearly enough due to the shine and reflection so Hamza Face timed us and showed clear images of the oven and also the store and how they are packaged. So we not only bought the oven we ordered and payed for a Neff gas hob as well. He was open and honest and on the ball with all communications. The items arrived on time with very friendly delivery drivers and were well packed and in perfect condition. We highly recommend Powerzone appliances.

I saw that they had a great price for a Bosch dishwasher online but asked about the delivery cost from Ilford to Oxford. They quoted a reasonable price for delivery but worked out slightly higher than another online store. I mentioned this to them and they agreed to give free delivery which is amazing considering the distance between Ilford and Oxford. I asked when it would be delivered and they promised a 3-5 day delivery and called their delivery driver immediately (while I was on the phone to them) to confirm the approximate delivery date (one of two days). They also provided their delivery driver’s phone number to check when it would be delivered. I told the driver to deliver after 4pm (due to the school run) and he kindly did this - he delivered into my kitchen with no damages at all.
Very happy that they were able to provide a better price than the other online store and as far as I could see was the cheapest option online in the UK for the Bosch dishwasher which I wanted.
Recommend supporting this local business which offers the best price rather than any of the big online stores for white goods.

Never recently in the UK have we had such genuine caring service, from Shaz and his Team. A built in replacement microwavè for us was needed. Sizing has changed over the years, the local big stores then gave up on us,as job was not too easy for them, they couldn't be bothered, sizes are there, but they needed to look. Shaz was like a dog with a bone he found a microwave that fitted our opening. It's obvious he loves his job, also gets on well with people, has great respect for his boss and staff. The guys who came to fit it for us, both said Shaz is good to work for and a relaxed place to work. Making it a lovely shopping experience for us. Any one thinking of buying online. After enduring a frustrating month without a fridge and three failed orders from AO, I was pleasantly surprised by Power Zone's outstanding service.They not only delivered the fridge promptly but also expertly installed it, making the process look effortless. The skilled staff ensured a careful transition, addressing my concerns about removing the old fridge and bringing in the new one. Despite initial worries, they handled everything with care and ensured my complete satisfaction. The contrast with AO's havoc, including chipped paint on the wall, makes PowerZone appliances my new go-to for appliances. Highly recommended!

Bought an American Fridge Freezer from here. Had a small issue on delivery which Shaz ironed out brilliantly. Shaz is a credit to the company with above and beyond customer service. Great company, great service .Will definitely use again.

Recently I bought dishwasher which was delivered and fitted by their delivery man.

Very poor experience do not buy from these! They cancelled our order because they wanted to avoid there sellers fees on amazon/ebay they told us by using other firm amazon to ship there item it would get damaged and then when I said we wanted to stay as we are and contine with purchase via amazon rather than direct they cancelled our order
