I had a small winning streak at PowerPlay and requested a payout. Instead of receiving the money I got stuck in a verification loop that dragged on for more than a week. Support replied slowly and mostly with template answers that didn’t solve anything. The whole process left me more stressed than satisfied.

PowerPlay Casino – Auto-Applied Bonus Trap
On 27 July 2025 I deposited CAD 20 of my own money and won CAD 2,661.30. Minutes later the casino locked and removed the winnings, claiming I had accepted a 35x wagering bonus with a 10x max cashout.
I never opted in. No pop-up, no confirmation, no bonus visible in my wallet or transaction history at the time.
PowerPlay staff later admitted the bonus was applied automatically without consent:
- Manager Nick confirmed the auto-application and offered CAD 100 “compensation.”
- Agent Amorette stated: “Bonuses are automatically applied to all deposits. You should have known.”
No opt-in logs, timestamps, or wallet entries were ever produced.
I escalated to CasinoMeister. Max ruled against me on the basis of a single weak chat line while ignoring the staff admissions and complete absence of consent evidence. PowerPlay is listed/reviewed on that site.
This is a deliberate design: auto-apply high-wagering, low-max-win bonuses, then confiscate legitimate cash wins under terms the player never accepted. Curacao licensing provides no real protection.
Warning: PowerPlay looks normal until you win real money. Then the trap closes.

Easy to navigate website. Never had difficulty to place any bets. Pay out takes extra few hours to be deposited but, experience overall has been great
