Having used many online gambling sites, Powerplay is by far the worst experience I have encountered. From not applying bonuses to account when deposits were made, having to jump through hoops to get withdrawals and then power play taking money from interac transactions. With my dissatisfaction, I asked to delete my account to which I was told, you cannot delete an account with Powerplay. Truly bizarre experience and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, saving yourself the hassle and not using Powerplay.

First deposit went through in seconds, that was the only fast part. They asked for ID, then a utility bill, then a selfie holding the card, and after all that still nothing. End result, the wagering requirement was 45x on winnings, not on the bonus, which is nowhere in the offer page. To make it worse, the site wiped 300 dollars from my balance overnight and support just repeated that a bonus term had been breached, without ever naming which one. Not only that, two tickets about the same pending payout were marked resolved without a single reply being sent. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.
