An appointment was made and confirmed a week in advance yet powerflush wizard thought it appropriate to cancel the appointment on the sunday night without even trying to phone. Extremely disappointing after I had to reschedule my whole week to ensure my availability.

Can’t praise Adam enough for the fantastic job he did with our UK power flush. He was extremely thorough and took the time to show me the difference before and after the flush. Our heating system is working better than ever. Adam clearly knows his craft—top service!

Barry provided excellent service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without cutting corners. You can really feel the difference after the flush—our radiators heat up evenly and stay hot. Barry made the whole process easy and stress-free.

We had Derek in for a uk power flush and it was a great experience. He was professional, efficient, and took extra care to make sure everything was spotless when he finished. Our heating system is much more responsive now. Great job, Derek—thank you!

Arrived spot on time. Had all the gear. Caught or vacuumed any water so no mess. My system is like new. Quiet and instantly hot. Why did I not have this done sooner? You will not be disappointed.

Frank from Powerflushwizard arrived on time, and set to work to solve problems with our microbore heating system that had defeated 4 previous plumbing companies. He flushed the system, cleaned out the header tank and the Magnaclean unit on the boiler. After 6 hours hard work, the results were fantastic! Hot radiators everywhere. Top marks for Frank, just give him a coffee, (3 sugars), and let him work his wizardy magic.

Had nothing but trouble with our British Gas installed boiler and was eventually told we needed a power flush. Went with power flush wizard and I’m glad I did. Frankie turned up bang on time and what should have been a simple power flush turned into Frankie adapting pipe work and installing things that British Gas should have. He took it all in his stride and wasn’t going to leave until our whole system was up to standard. The system is running lovely now and he’s left us with instructions on how to maintain our heating and hot water, absolutely professional outfit and highly recommended. Frank was great from the offset, arrived on time and professional. We had a system flush & boiler service. Frank took his time, and did a great job, I now have my heating and hot water working and efficiently. Frank also showed me how to do simple things like clean the filter, isolate valves, feed cleaner into my system etc. which would save me money in the future. I feel like we received great value for the price we paid. Thanks Frank & Darren.

A power flush was recommended to us by the boiler technician that replaced the boilers failed pump a couple of months ago (honestly, if there is a best time for a boiler to fail then June-July is probably it). The reasoning being that the pump probably failed because it had to work extra hard to push water around.
The power flush engineer was friendly and helpful. Was keen to share knowledge, which actually matters when that knowledge is directly relevant for my property. The engineer banged up quite a lot on my radiators to dislodge the gunk in there and, when done, ran the heating to show me all radiators are heating up nicely.
I ended up choosing to install a magnetic filter at the same time at the engineer's recommendation. TBH I didn't feel ready to make a decision about installing a filter but ended up making that decision to avoid putting it off, having a professional come again just for that and having to drain and re-fill the system with corrosion-preventing chemicals.
Still, since this is an expensive piece of equipment, I would have appreciated this being discussed in advance to give me time to investigate the world of heating system filters and this is probably my only item of actionable feedback for the company.
Other than that it's really been a positive experience. Thank you.

I might update this review once winter comes and I have a chance to see how the system performs compared to the previous year.

Our heating system had slowly been declining in power over the years, ending up with heat only reaching four of thirteen radiators when the boiler was on full blast. We called Powerflushwizard to sort it out.
He arrived very promptly and spent the day giving the entire system a powerflush (all the pipes, then each radiator specifically), tested and balanced out the radiators in the system for us and explained everything to us (including how to top up the system each year with a cleaning agent) in a friendly and professional manner. Now all of the radiators work perfectly and we have a lovely warm house with the boiler only working at half power! We are very pleased with the service.

My heating system was not working. I was recommended that I have a power flush to clean my heating system. After the flush My system has been working it’s better than when i bought the house.

Frank from Power Flush Wizard successfully worked all day to rectify our heating problem. He meticulously worked through each room making the necessary adjustments to each radiator. Certainly recommend this company ....1st Class job !!

Called the company urgently because of a suspected carbon monoxide issue. They arrived, tested and took necessary action to make safe. Next day they power flushed system and installed a new boiler and programmer. Great work from a caring and professional company.

I would just like to say thank you for the excellent job that was carried out today. My central heating has been playing up for months and following the power flush i finally have very hot water. The engineer was polite very professional and explained clearly what he was doing including making some helpful tips on my boiler and radiators if suffering future problems.

A five star service and I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone.
