Called in today to see if they had a second-hand front panel header loom for my Lian Li Desktop case, as these are not available as spares.
They took one out of a scrap case and gave it to me.
He would not take any cash for it. Just asked me to leave a review.
Extremely pleasant and helpful.
Where else would you get that great service?
Will definitely use again when I want to buy something, or just for some help and advice.
Been in this business for 15 years, and is doing it right.

First time using this business. Friendly owner who was very helpfull.

I've been using Power On for a good few years now - always coming in with a crisis and impossible requests.
Every time they've found a simple answer and a reasonable course of action to solve it - and always they've done just that -
Solved it.

Plus - In between taking the computer problems very seriously - They have a sense of humour!
In my experience, that's pretty rare in Computer Engineers.

I could not recommend Power On enough!!! Excellent service - super friendly staff - Fixed my Mac Book in less than 1 day at a very reasonable price! Ahmed (I believe owner) was extremely professional and appeared very knowledgable in this field. Best value for money in town & the BEST service provided. Would 100% go back (in fact I already have) and would recommend Power On to all those looking for a trustworthy, reliable and well priced service :)

3rd time of going to Power-on. Always honest and helpful, tests faults for free and any charges ever made are very reasonable. On all 3 occasions has advised me correctly on my electrical problems within a few minutes, and on this last occasion replaced some missing screws that should have been holding my hard drive for absolutely no charge, a rare niceness in today's financial climate. Highly recommend for any electrical problems.

If you have had the misfortune of your computer or laptop failing or breaking down or becoming infected with a virus with all your valuable work or photo's lost forever without the Knowledge of how to retrieve them then there is one local shop I cannot recommend highly enough called POWER ON on Drake St Rochdale who's staff are extremely Friendly & Knowledgeable saved my life on more than three occasions & I cannot thank them enough & their price's are very reasonable having had nightmares at PC world & Comet .......Th@nk you once again Mike Aldcroft.

I recently visited power on and was really pleased with the level of customer service they had to offer and the advice which was given. I also purchased some items and i can say with confidence they will not be beaten on the prices have to offer.

I do recommend everyone to visit power on first before going anywhere else.
