I ordered 3 boxes Pokemon. 3-4 days shipping apparently. I got thank you for your order then nothing. Tracked it and it stayed on preparing to ship for two weeks. Finally hit the refund button after zero contact with them. They didn’t reply to emails. Now waiting my PayPal refund before I can purchase elsewhere.
Joke don’t waste your time and if you risk it pay PayPal.

This company is a massive scam.
Made a big order, was waiting for about a week to receive a dispatch email which never arrived... Tried emailing them on the email addresses I found linked to the company and they all bounced back.
No refund or anything and still waiting for my refund via my bank having to go through a chargeback dispute.
Absolute assholes the lot of them.

I was buying a few booster boxes from them and after a few weeks, they canceled my order without telling me the reason. They did refund me though…

Not your fault entirely but Hermes delivered to wrong address as proof of delivery was not my house, and been told to contact you as I’ve lost a rare pokemon card

I contacted Geckos to ask for their advice on grading and if it would be worth sending off some of my older pocket monster cards. The gentleman I spoke with was really helpful and he helped guide me through the process. He advised turnaround would be 2-3 months with PSA. I have just received my cards back and I’m over the moon with the grades and the service!! I cannot recommend Geckos enough. Quick, efficient and very professional!
