Professional, friendly, quick at scanning packages for pick up, great customer service.

Post Scan mail closed the office without notifying us a couple years ago - we most likely lost donations because of it. Recently they moved our PMB again without notifying us. This time at least it went to the same building and seems to mostly be getting to the new box but we were disappointed not to be notified. Also, it can take a long time to get an item scanned after requesting a scan.

The service is easy to use and helpful but multiple times we have requested shipping or shredding services that we were billed for but we're not completed.

Professional, reliable, and very coustmers friendly. Never seen service provider like their team. Good for mail if you locate overseas they match price send packages fast with best prices, been with them since 2019.

I've been very satisfied since day one! PostScan is the BEST mail forwarding service I've ever used. When mail arrives, I'm always promptly notified. If I ask for a scan, it's usually done the same day or early the following day. If I ask for forwarding it is usually sent within hours. Best of all, nothing has ever been "lost" as with other services I've used. The staff is always helpful and ready to answer any questions I might have.

Good service, reasonable price.
Attention to detail is not always 100% (once not getting an alert about new mail, once scanning the wrong letter).
But overall a good solution.

She wouldn't give me a detailed accounting of my bill. She repeatedly quoted canned responses to not answering the question I was asking.

It delivers on everything that was promised from informing as soon as a mail is received to fast scans of those mails.

I needed to reopen my account and emailed postscan. I got a response from Jacklyn right away and she reinstated my account pronto!

At the time of signing up, it was clearly stated that there would be no subscription fee for California-based addresses. However, I have now noticed that fees are being deducted from my account despite this understanding.

To better understand the situation, I spoke with several peers and colleagues who are also based in California and use your service. They confirmed that they are not being charged any subscription fees. This inconsistency is concerning and gives the impression that my account may be treated differently without a clear explanation.

I kindly request a detailed clarification on the following:

Why are subscription fees being applied to my account
The specific terms or conditions that justify these charges

They never lose your mail. Customer service is quick. The website is a little hinky with the open and scan feature and using the check box. The sequence of clicks needs to be changed. It is non intuitive. You click the box first- then open and scan but subsequent box checks are lost.

Notifications of mail receipts are timely. The staff at the Belleville 48111 location (MailCenterOne) are very courtesy and respectful.

In the early part of my experience it was great! I could go and retrieve my mail at any time and then I moved to the George Liles location in Concord and now I have to schedule pick-ups which is very annoying because it's an extra step in the life of a small business owner.
