I couldn't imagine a better place to serve my postal and package needs! We have used their passport service with amazing speed and professionalism. Although we live 20 minutes away, it's worth the drive!

Good service but not good scans…
Our experiences have been very good as far as easy of use, printing, organized storage.
What could be better is it takes a day+ for requested scans to become available which isn't good for a large segment of customers,such as RVers, journalists, and those abroad require need to use a mail service such as Postscan. We need open scans within minutes, not days.

seems like a genuinely caring organization. any problems are handled by a real human being. and there arent any problems. living abroad isnt always so easy. one thing i dont have to worry about is my mail, thanks to PostScan Mail.

Extremely reliable
I think I've used them 6-7 years, everything works exactly as it's supposed to. They're very quick to scan it as soon as it arrives (you can turn on auto-scan setting). Customer service is great and dealt promptly with the only issue I ever had.
