Excellent Customer Support, but Extremely Poor Branch Efficiency

I am writing this review to highlight a very mixed experience with PostScan Mail.

First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude and 5-star praise for Lydia Gould from the customer service team. She is incredibly professional, responsible, and provided consistent follow-up throughout my issues. If I were rating her alone, it would be a perfect score.

However, the operational efficiency at the 8708 Technology Forest Pl Ste 175, The Woodlands, TX location is deeply disappointing. My experience was a series of delays:

My first mail was never received/located.

After the second mail arrived, I had to wait over a full business day just for a simple scan (perhaps because it was a Monday, but still unacceptable).

The most frustrating part was the forwarding process—it took nearly a week after my request for the mail to finally show as "Dropped Off" at UPS.

While Lydia’s support was exceptional, the constant delays and lack of efficiency at this specific Texas branch have made me lose confidence in the service. As a result, I have decided to cancel my subscription. I hope the management can improve the workflow at the Woodlands location, as they are lucky to have staff like Lydia balancing out the poor local performance.

waits after package reception, website issues.

sometimes I have to wait a weekend before reception of a package and "check-in" from the location. website issues especially with authentication.

Helpful Staff + User-Friendly App

The people at the local office are great, very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the web/mobile app offers a very smooth experience that eliminates a lot of the potential friction points. Overall very happy with this service.

Just always works

Just always works! Its the wheel that doesnt sqeak and just keeps carrying load that you truly appreciate.

One thing the US postal service is crazy expensive. Though I am not sure if thats just their cost increases but it makes it hard to use it often. Easily doubles the price of smaller goods to reship to overseas.

Im not sure that gripe is about PostScan Mail though!

Great Reliable Service

I have been using this service for over 3 years and have had the service in multiple cities. Every morning, you get an email scan of all the mail and can then either use the electronic copy or have the physical copy forwarded. The service has been reliable and is very cost effective for a small business.

TheSystem

The system seems fully functional - and with the simple options open to see the mail and its contents are good. The only downside we have is the single price of forwarding an important piece of physical mail - it would help if PostScan used a cheaper method than the current one.

I’m A Fan!

We are spending a lot of time abroad and the ease with which we can keep abreast of our incoming U.S. mail has made all the difference. We thank you, we thank you! I love the open & scan option. It allows me to attend to sensitive matters promptly. I also like the forward option as it lets me send things I must have in hand to wherever I might be at the moment. The entire service is well worth the cost.

Most ofd the time it works well but I have had problems. Today I received an email that two contents were scanned but the pages are blank. Other times I've requested a service and received no confirmation.
