The customer service rep. Was absolutely nice he covered everything I needed to know about the loan and I will recommend Post Lake Lending to my friends and family.

Entire Staff is off shore...

All of your representatives are hard to understand. This is what happens when you try to save money with outsourcing. Not only do you kill American jobs, you make us deal with people that are hard to understand.

What a crazy interest rate

What a crazy interest rate, applying for loan should not be this hard. I had to look for alternative, which i got from Infrared Loans within a short period of time with a fair rate.

No promptness in the services

My expectations were high and now I have been waiting patiently for this transaction to be in my bank account for way too long when it could have been posted within minutes after signing the loan documents.now as I'm sending this feedback it has been well over 24 hours and this company is holding up my progress,yet if I was late on repayment there would be a charge for the action. I'm at the point now that I can't see the professional action from the company after the documents were signed like I got all the time in the world to wait on them.

Easy and quick to go through and answer…

Easy and quick to go through and answer the questions that we're being asked to make sure I am applicable for a loan. My only qualm is making sure the funds are available immediately once approved. Otherwise nothing else! Thank you!
