I took advantage of the free print offer after seeing a promotion on Facebook as I was interest in getting some of my photography printed.
I’m very happy with the quality of the Wall Art 250 paper stock and the print quality from the printers they use at Poster Factory.
I live over 2 thousand kms away from Sydney so I was happy when my print arrived in a secure cardboard packaging in perfect condition. I will be getting more photos printed that for sure.

I have had a few prints now and one framed print. I am very impressed with quality. There is a choice of paper and it is thick and high quality.
The print colours are true and they help you make sure the size you choose will be right for your photo. They were packaged well and arrived in good condition.
The last prints took quite a bit longer to arrive but that’s because of the pandemic. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a small metal print (chromaluxe), 8"x12" as a test, service was great but unfortuantely somewhere during delivery a corner of the metal print was slightly bent. Bent it back into shape ok as best I could but a slight wave in the metal remains.
Packaging was in foam and cardboard which does not appear to be stiff enough to prevent bending

Website easy to use. Quality of A1 posters I received was excellent. The shipping was quick and came in a solid cardboard roll which protected the posters.

I was very happy with the service and turn around time. Exceptional. I picked up my posters from the printing house and the staff member that helped me was great! The packaging was also very good quality.

The Poster Factory never skips a beat, great service, great prints at great prices ... who says can't have it all!
