Absolute joke, over £100 taken out of my bank account in 2 days over a weekend for a monthly subscription that should cost £14.99 with no reason so far what for.
Call them and they have to pass calls to outside people and never get a phone call back.
This must be a scam!
Feeling very unsure and nervous with this company holding my bank details

Since then they claim I signed up for other service totalling just under £100

Please guys don't even try to use them, complete scam and no customer service at all!

Was looking into getting an address,for mailing,couch surfing and using my sister's address.Seriosly grieving for my mother who'd just died,my head was everywhere, didn't really know what I was doing.Instead of taking a month and trying it out,in a moment of madness at 2 0clock in the morning I signed up for a year.Went to bed, immediately regretted it in the morning,contacted them and told them my circumstances,was told that I should send an email explaining the situation of why I needed to cancel & their sure that in the circumstances I would receive a refund,liars.Did this on a number of occasions and spoke to various people, who were helpful and very sympathetic up to the point of giving me a refund.In the end I was told i should have read the t& C's and they dont do refunds,im sure they could have ,as a sign of good will but they chose not to,will not be even using their service,i hope their happy and when i said id be reporting them on trustpilot,SHE said doesn't matter were not on it,took awhile,but you are now and i hope people see this and think what an uncaring lot of b.......
