Portasol, best soldering solutions
Have a portasol-pro-piezo-75-kit for over 15 years, decided to upgrade to the super-pro-125. It's massive compared to the pro-piezo-75 but a very impressive and extremely handy soldering tool. The independence of need to plugin Portasol is fantastic and gas is much more reliable than li-battries.
With fantastic service from an excellent company producing high quality products and parts/tips available from the same website ensuring long life use ability. "Quality tells when the price is long forgotten". Love it!

Excellent Service
Got an older Technic Soldering Iron which wasn`t working contacted Portasol and Tony gave me the link to get the correct tips for the iron they arrived today and now the iron works perfectly.
I contacted customer service to get more advice and may I say the lady I spoke to was the most helpful person I have spoken too for many years she was lovely, sorry didn`t get her name but it was so nice to speak to a really helpful person these days instead of AI robots.
Excellent Service highly recommended will be using in the future.

Old Tip now New Soldering Iron
Managed to track down replacement tip for my 30 year old soldering iron.
Would have had to discard unit.
Customer service was excellent and any questions answered quickly.

Best support I have ever come across
Best support I have ever come across. Unsurpassed accuracy, swiftness, patience and kindness.
My gas soldering iron head went bust and wasn't sure which one is the right one, so I asked for a support. And I was pleasantly surprised. Tony was able to guess what I needed, in spite of my crappy photos and my abiguous english.
