Order arrived in a timely manner

Order arrived in a timely manner. Love the suit, absolutely gorgeous. My only advice is to downsize one size smaller, I ordered my true size, and this brand seems too run a little big.

Ordered according to the size chart…

Ordered according to the size chart which didnt fit tried to get a credit or larger top and they refuse to send or credit within the 30 days listed unless I give them a 5 star review. This shouldnt be allowed when the webpage clearly says return or exchange within 30 days wont be buying again

Worst customer service. No returns or exchanges. The sizing detailed on website is not…

The sizing detailed on website is not accurate. I ordered based on measurements and it was too small, they were much smaller than specified.
On trying to exchange was told I would need to pay $39.99 to exchange. I said given the information online was incorrect it was unreasonable for me to pay this. It took weeks of back & forth since January & I did not get anywhere. The service is just awful.
Do not order from this company.

BUYER BEWARE

I was told that I would get less than half of my order cost to return unworn, unused, still in package products. And that I should sell my unused product. Who is going to buy a swimsuit from a stranger. Gross!

Suits feel thin and cheap and do not seem like they will hold up past a few beach wears.

Buyer beware!!! Feels like a scam since they won’t let you return the product for full refund!!!

In what online retail world are we not aloud to return products if they don’t work!

Fast shipping and beautiful neon colors

Fast shipping. Colors are as bright and described as pictured. Responsive customer service, just not used to having to email to request a refund/return to be approved but smooth process. I am a size 8/medium in every other store but find their medium to be a bit too snug/small. Would size up for next time.

The quality of the suits is amazing and the colors are so brilliant… their customer service was top notch as well and I will definitely be ordering all of my suits from PopVil from now on…
