I recently ordered two bathing suits from Popvil, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Both suits looked look exactly as described—flattering, comfortable, and great quality. It’s always a relief when online purchases turn out even better than expected.
On top of that, their customer service was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their products.
I highly recommend Popvil and will definitely be ordering from them again. Five stars all the way!

I have NEVER been able to find a 2 piece that I am comfortable in until I found Popvil. I absolutely love this bathing suit! Definitely encourage you to size up, except for the bikini bottoms! Get your normal size in those! Customer service has been top notch!

Ordered 4 items to try on - 1 dress, 3 swimsuits. 1 swimsuit and the dress looked great and I was happy with the fit. 2 were just unflattering, one was too short for my torso and the other was bulky in a weird way.

This is where the issue starts. I logged onto the site to start a return for the 2 items, and was unable to do so. I emailed customer service and they told me they could only refund me around $26 for 2 bathing suits that were $39 each. I told them their numbers were off....we are a week into going back and forth over a refund of what I calculate to be $67. The last exchange they came back with this morning and said they could give me $56. I again replied that the math was wrong.

I have asked for a proper return receipt, detailing the charges and shipping label at least 4 times. They have been unable to produce one.

The 2 items I am keeping are not worth the hassle of getting these other items returned. I will be sticking to Cup of She in the future for online bathing suit orders.

Everything showed up just as it was advertised. Beautiful colors, suits, and cover ups. The material is great quality and I’ve already placed another order!

I finally found a swimsuit company that can work with me. I’m able to order the tops and the bottom separately to actually fit my body, though I underestimated the sizing of my top. I reached out to them and they are willing to send me a bigger size this has been so easy for me compared to other sites. Thank you so much for being my new favorite place to shop

I had issues with sizing and customer service offered to send me a different size.

The suits were great. I had to make a change in sizing after ordering and customer service helped no problem. Afterwards I needed a new size and they were able to help me with that as well. Happy with my new swim suits and customer service

They are agreeing to send me a replacement of a package I ordered that was stolen if I leave a 5 star review which is unethical, but here we are.
