Pool Town has been by far the easiest company I have ever worked with. I have not a single complaint about them or the way they handle the entire pool process. They created everything we could have wanted and more. My family will have endless memories enjoying our backyard oasis for years to come, I’m so grateful! Thank you pool town!!!!

My experience with Pooltown has been excellent. Billy, who handled the sales part, was honest and provided detailed information that set clear expectations. Thanks to him, there were no surprises, and we followed the contingency budgets as discussed.
Pooltown managed all the permits, making the process easy and stress-free. There were no surprises, and the permit process took just two weeks.

The entire project, from excavation to the final concrete work, was completed in seven weeks. The excavation went smoothly without any issues. The pool installation exceeded my expectations, with Erik doing an outstanding job.

The office staff was also great, promptly responding to all my questions. My main concern was the horror stories I’d heard about delays and poor communication from other companies, but Pooltown was always responsive to my emails and calls.

This is a very honest company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From beginning to end they communicated effectively and made sure the project was completed in a timely manner. Their contractors were efficient and respectful of our property the entire time. Special thanks to Antoinette who made this process smooth and answered all our questions. She made sure the project was completed in the timeframe that was promised. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would also like to thank Brian for giving us a thorough understanding of how all the equipment works in detail and programming the app in our phones. Lisa and the office staff were extremely helpful during the entire process.

I highly recommend Pool Town for your pool installation and needs. I am so over the moon with my new Pool Town pool. My summer is filled with fun and laughter. Pool Town has been amazing during the entire process from explaining the process completely to ensure there were no surprises and I understood the process and timeline. The ladies in the office who you know really run the operation were truly amazing and so friendly to speak with. I want to thank Pool Town for building an outstanding pool. Everyone involved in my pool project was very knowledgable and professional. I had an issue with the circuit breaker on the filter system along with the automatic vacuum system. I contacted Pool Town and they reached out to the electrical contractor and they came within a couple of days to change the circuit breaker. They also gave me the phone number for technical support for the auto vacuum. They called me and walked me through my issue and the vacuum is working great now. Pool Town doesn't stop providing support when the job is completed. Any issues or concerns I have had so far this pool season Pool Town handled. I could not be any happier that I chose Pool Town to build my pool !

Our pool is SPECTACULAR! Having a pool company as conscientious as Pool Town made this process as smooth as it can be. From sales to the precise diggers to the accurate concrete pourers, the paver geniuses to the waterfall expert, our backyard is as magnificent as can be. I should brag and show pictures, but it's so unique, I have to Gatekeep it!

We used pool Town to install our in ground pool in 2014 and we are still happy and satisfied with the quality of work performed. We interviewed several pool companies and found Pool Town sales team and workers to be respectful, honest and reliable by answering all of our questions, performing the job timely and to our expectations. When we are in need of a liner or filter replacement we will certainly call Pool Town.

PoolTownNJ is a well-organized business who builds beautiful swimming pools. They have many years of experience and their employees and/or contractors are very professional and experienced.

Pool town did a great job with my pool installation. The construction department with Sandy and Gina both did a great job scheduling the trades in a timely manner. Any issues were dealt with quickly to keep the job moving. Very satisfied with the end result. Would use them again.

Installing a pool for me was STRESSFUL! That said, Pool Town made the process manageable. Their 3 phase system with office personal assigned to each phase was very helpful. The office staff was always available to field a question or connect us with the contractors who would be working on our project. The also were terrific in scheduling the inspections with our local township. The project moved quickly and the results are we have a gorgeous pool that will serve as the centerpiece for our backyard makeover. I would highly recommend Pool Town to those that want to take on the stress of a new pool installation. Pool Town really does take that stress away.
