Only giving 1 star as won’t let me give none. Ordered kayak on 12/6/20 for delivery 3/7/20. Didn’t arrive, emailed serveral times, no response. Then responded on 7/7/20 to say they don’t have item in stock and they had cancelled order and would refund money. As of today this has not happened. I have sent numerous emails, all ignored. Have just opened a dispute with my bank to get my money back. It was a birthday present so have now had to spend more money on a present. Disgraceful service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It’s a definite SCAM!!! I’d say only 10% of goods ever reach their destination!

I made the mistake of reading these reviews after ordering from Poolfunstore recently. I honestly thought I'd made a huge mistake after reading other folks' experiences. My experience started similarly, little in the way of communication once the order had been placed and they emailed a tracking link/number that didn't seem to exist on the 'DB Schenker' website...

However, after 2 weeks I did receive the gazebo I ordered and it seems to have arrived in one piece! Can't complain :)

SCAM, do NOT buy from this site! They will keep your money and no products is delivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered a shed 27th May , it was delivered today 30th of June. I was getting a bit worried considering the reviews here. The problem is they don’t respond to emails or phone.
I’m happy that IT IS Not A SCAM.

I've had to open a dispute with my cc to get my money back. After almost two months I've not received any communication as to where my order is. This place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Don't or nothing from this site thought it was abit dodge that u have to buy something before u can sign up scam me saying my order out of stock have to wait till the end of the month and under staffed bull then locked me out my account

Very suspicious the high ratings being posted in recent hours...I don’t claim to be a detective but i suspect poolfunstore uk possibly doesn’t exist..I purchased an item from them that my bank is currently in the process of trying to recover its cost...i ordered from poolfunstore but confirmation of payment and order was emailed to me by byrcus home and garden whos business is stated as permanently closed at this present time..I could be totally wrong in saying Banco Santander are still processing payments to this company if it is the Byrcus that’s trading under poolfunstore..id appreciate if someone with a better understanding of whats what could explain if im misunderstanding something..one thing I will stand by though is calling this company a bunch of crooks!!!

Received my garden furniture set today....easy to put together, clicked into place.
So pleased with the service received, defo recommended 👌

I ordered a 4 piece garden furniture set on 02 June. I received an email a couple of days later to track my order. When i clicked into the site for nearly 2 weeks my tracking number was not recognised. I panicked after reading the reviews and sent them an email requesting an update. I got no response. I was preparing for a battle to get my money back. I rechecked my tracking on 14th June and got an update stating my order was in transit. The customer order date was 11th June - I assume there is a back log in orders due to the current climate (covid) I received my order today, and am really happy with it. I didnt receive any update from the company which is unusual so I just kept checking the tracking status to keep an eye on the delivery.

pleasantly surprised at how efficient this company is despite the terrible reviews on this site. the Lay z spa f took a little while longer than i was expecting however when i contacted them they were efficient and kept me informed of where my delivery was, very pleased with the spar

i received my garden furniture but it took a month to deliver. There was very no communication from the merchant until very last minute so all along i had no idea what was going on.When i put the tracking number into the website, it was saying ''item not found''. To be honest i would avoid ordering from this website as the lack of communication is stressful.

I ordered a garden furniture set, I was worried about my order after reading some of these comments, but I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and I was kept updated by shipping company as to where my order was. It was delivered a bit later than the website originally said but that's to be expected at the moment.

Terrible company - buyer beware. Ordered a hot tub on 2nd April, due for delivery on 29th April. After I emailed several times I was finally contacted mid-May to say they had no stock. They then offered me an alternative at twice the price. I have spent the next month chasing a refund and still have nothing. I have now raised a dispute with my credit company as they have had £500 of my money for over 2 months and I have nothing to show for it. It's simple - don't accept orders if you don't have any stock.

Was really worried after reading the comments about people not receiving their items. I got an email when I placed the order with a link for tracking, was notified when my items left Madrid. Was notified again when they arrived at the depot in Belgium and again when they left for the UK, they arrived in the UK at 03.30 am and my item was delivered the same day, 8 days earlier than the expected delivery date!

PoolFunStore has given me the worst online shopping service I have ever experienced. Our Lay Z Spa hot tub arrived with a fault in the lining meaning that we were patching it up before we had even finished taking it out of the box!
Unfortunately this company do not answer emails or answer their phone, so I am now pursuing this directly with the manufacturer (who has a 20 day backlog to answer their emails). Fingers crossed it will be resolved soon - its taken 6 weeks so far!

I ordered an item of this site and from the start I couldn't get an update on my order. They do not answer the phone ever or reply to emails. I called many times and emailed even more without a response.
I did get a refund after several weeks which I was very surprised about. I wouldn't use this site again as they cannot be trusted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered a pool online on the 16/05/20 where the money was taken immediately and I received an order confirmation stating that the order was processed and an expectant date of the 4/06/20.
Since ordering the "order" details on the website has stated that the order was "in the warehouse:not sent to ware house".
On several emails requesting updates I have received no reply and there has been no change to the order status.
Emails and telephone calls unanswered!!
I have just come off of the phone to my bank to start the process of a section 75 against the company.

Why oh why did I not read the reviews before placing my order?
Also know that Brycus are a sister company so avoid them too!
We ordered a steel above ground pool in the middle of April. The payment went through and we got an estimated shipping date of 21 May. Fair enough I thought with the pandemic I was happy to allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.

But of course come 20 May I get a phone call from a nervous sounding Spanish lady telling me the pool was out of stock, and did I want all the other stuff in my order (pool treatment items). She advised the refund would issue in a few days it is two weeks later and still no sign of it. I will have to chase the refund through my bank.

Worst online purchase I have ever made and now although we ordered another pool from what I hope is a more reputable dealer we are 5 weeks behind everyone else and will be lucky to get a pool before the end of the summer. I would have no issue if the order had been cancelled within the first week.

Shame on you Pool Fun Store!

Same news here - ordered garden screens back in April - still not turned up. No one is responding to numerous calls and emails - disgusting - avoid at all costs - you should be ashamed of yourselves !!!
