I'm always a bit reluctant to order from websites when I see lots of adverts on social media but after seeing one of their bags in person, I decided to order.

I have a couple of designs now and they're beautiful and really well made. The leather is good quality - thick and soft. I can't fault the quality, and I'm the sort of person who takes a measuring tape to a bag if it looks a bit off! I've also bought one to put away for my Mum's Christmas because it was a seasonal colour and I worried it might sell out.

The folk themselves seem lovely too - I sent a Facebook message asking if a certain design and colour combination would be back in stock and they replied super quickly.

The only thing I would change is to stop stuffing their bags so much for delivery. Everything else is spot on.

I absolutely love these bags/purses. Incredible quality with a huge color selection! This will be my 5th!! The selection of different straps is wonderful. Shipping is always fast.

Progress after placing the order is efficient via email. Delivery really quick as I requested via the postage to be. If any issues they are always very helpful and will resolve the issue. I did experience a problem on my last order and the matter was resolved with what I wanted.

My mum brought me a maple Sutton and I absolutely love it.
It fits so much and looks absolutely beautiful.

I have made several purchases from PPL mostly Original or Lambeth bags, all of which have been absolutely beautiful. I love the range of colours and matching accessories available.
The delivery is usually within two working days which I find acceptable.

I bought a replacement bag strap for my Pom Pom London bag; not because there was anything wrong with the ones I already have that came with my original bag, but because this one was a new design and simply beautiful. It was calling out to me to be used with one of my bags. PPL straps are uniformly good quality with robust hardware that lasts and lasts, so I knew I would be happy with the quality. The design is a step away from the usual straps you find everywhere, so is right up my street!
If you are considering a purchase, I wholeheartedly recommend the PPL range of straps. They may appear pricy compared to others at first glance, but the quality is far above - and don't forget you can get your straps free (two of them!) if you choose to buy one of their delightful leather bags at the same time.

Love my new French Lavender City Slim bag - a quality bag in a truly gorgeous colour for the summer. Got a fab special offer which included three straps, a tassel keyring and a gorgeous coin purse!

I love my soft leather Sutton Sling Bag in slate blue. It was delivered to my USA address within a week. A follow up of two extra straps that I omitted to order initially, were sent by Pom Pom customer service within days of my informing them. I couldn't expect better service. I forgot to mention that the two patterned straps are fabulous!!!!

Beautiful bags in a variety of styles and colours. Collecting becomes a habit! My particular favourites are the Sutton, the Original and the Plus sizes. Customer Services are great if you need them. Highly recommended.

The bags are beautiful and functional. The website is user friendly and I’ve recieved my orders just a few days after they’re placed!

This is a great company. I have bought quite a few bags from them - all good quality , lovely bags. They aren’t the cheapest but are worth the quality. However what makes it such a great company is their customer service. I had a delivery of a bag but someone had taken the bag out of the box. I contacted them immediately and within 48 hours I had a replacement bag with no cost to myself and such a straight forward transaction. Obviously someone had swiped the bag from the package but the customer service advisor was so helpful and understanding. Such a great service. thank you PPL
