The quality and service is excellent. These bags are gorgeous and they just get better and better. Only drawback is that you can't sit on something you really like or love because they sell out quickly and are not always restocked.

I love my purse
I love my purse! I just think their advertising department needs some help. They advertise that "you get to pick two free straps as a special gift" or something to that effect. However, my daughter has bought a few of these purses over the years and they ALWAYS have that deal. I bought my purse a couple weeks ago and the tassel that seems to be on most of the purses was my "special gift". Wow.... this week they are offering a small wallet as the "special gift". I would have much rather had that. If they are going to give away something "special" every single time, it doesn't feel very special. These purses are great quality but also really expensive. Let the customers' have a choice in the "special gift" that fits their life- style.

Firstly the choice of style and colours of handbags is totally up my street. Then the quality of the leather is amazing, it’s beautifully soft and buttery. I have bought many bags over the last year I absolutely love them.

Beautiful bags
Products are lovely quality and arrive nicely packaged. It takes about two weeks from order to get to me in Australia. I've never had to return anything. I've been very happy with everything I've ordered so far.

Lovely Leather
I first bought a PomPom London bag about 8 years ago, a slate blue Mayfair (now Original) . Lovely leather and still as good as new. Have just purchased an Original in stone so looking forward to getting that!

I purchased my first PPL bag in April (2026). Shipping was fast and the bag arrived in excellent condition. I bought an Original bag and it instantly became my favourite bag. The additional straps you can choose from make it super versatile too.
From what I read in their Facebook group, customer service is usually very reliable and helpful.
Can’t wait for my next purchase and 100% recommend the quality I experienced with my one bag so far.

Just received my very first PomPom…
Just received my very first PomPom London bag. I chose the original plus in salt grey. Very happy very beautiful. When I placed my order it gave me time to swap my choices and it was done easily. Now I just have to go out and show it off!

I love the Original bag
I love the Original bag - I have it in several bright colours to match my outfits. I love the new Waterloo line Aqua colour and Dazzling Blue (cobalt) as they are perfect colours for summer.
Love the size of the bag because it’s not too big, but fits fit in my phone, lip gloss, tissues, etc
I like the front zip pouch to put things in as well as the rear zip pouch as it makes easier for me to find things when I’m out and about.

Purse is lovely
Purse is lovely, straps are very good quality.
Returned the first purse I bought as I wanted something smaller. Took awhile to get the replacement, but Customer Service was helpful and quick to respond.
