I ordered a long sleeve shirt which was $47.99 for my son's birthday. Their sizing recommended a Medium, but he ordered a large to compensate for his long arms. It was too short in the arms. When I contacted them about returning it, I said I wanted a refund & they said they only do store credit. My son tried to find something, but had trouble and after reading reviews decided I shouldn't even waste my money because the product quality isn't good & he doesn't want anything of bad quality. So now we're just out the $47.99.

Absolute garbage. The quality and sizing is terrible, and their supposed customer care center is even worse. Ordered clothing that doesn’t suffice and send it back to expect a refund? Good luck. Company shutdown is a ticking time bomb.

So just like everyone else I rushed into buying their merchandise because it looked great on the website, and once I saw their reviews, I must admit i was freaking out just like everyone else, but rest assured what i received was good quality and arrived in time, I feel this might be because of my location, im in Ontario Canada and i can imagine shipping to North America and Europe is easier. Now the only cons i had were that their shipping method is from the courier EMS china, and they use a third party app to track their items called Trackiest which is a terrible app, it showed me my item is in pre transit when the shop app showed it is already in canada in the customs process, their customer service also needs a bit of work on, my suggestion is to only pay with paypal to protect yourself, get shipping protection from their website(which is like a dollar), and use the Shop app to track your orders, the shop app is more informative, the second issue is that their clothes are euro fit which is slim fit, so if your north american size is Large order an xl or xxl for loose fit, i did the mistake of ordering my true size and it is a bit snug, but no biggie, i've got to get into better shape as it is.

I assure everyone my review is not paid and i do not represent pologize, its just to put people at ease and i believe that supporting a business that did deliver is a must, i cannot post pictures here but i was happy with two jackets that i ordered, both in woold blend.

Abysmal quality... Not even worth a quarter of the price. Be smarter than I was, and just don't buy anything from them.
I've ordered two pair of pants. The fabric is of the lowest quality. One of the pants doesn't even look like it does on the pictures, the other one arrived with damaged seam.
If other reviews are to be believed (which they are), at least I'm lucky I received the right size...

Terrible Company !!!!
I placed my order THREE Months ago. They simply ignore my emails. But, if reply, the send standard copy paced general answer which does not asnwer my questions. Once they replied that they are based in the USA, then I see that they are in Guangzhou , CHINA!!!
Again Awful !!!!
FInally they admitted that they Lost my parcel and asked me if I waht to return my money. I Clearly told them to Return my money. Today, I received an email from them saying that they are processing my new order. Stupid Company!!! They placed my order again and do not want to return my money!

This company should not be in the market !!!!
Terrible Comapny and Service!!!

Finally. I received the parcel . The items for which I paid 229.78 USD. I need to say this! The are look and feel very very cheap! Material/ fabric that they used are real cheap and very poor quality! I am rally disappointed that I trusted the photos that they post and used in their websites (photoshop).

Have to return to Slovakia from UK, and paid 10£ for it!!!

One word: SCAM
Nothing is as advertised.
Inexistent customer service.
Shipping takes months.
It’s all a scam, all products are photoshopped and the final product sent to you is a cheap ripoff directly shipped from China.

Couldn't agree more with the others. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! As I write this, they may already be shut down so be careful!!
Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered 5 shirts in early February. First two were delivered 3 weeks later, and one was way too big. Attempting to return the shirt was a nightmare. They tried to get me to keep it by offering a small discount, and when I refused, they asked me to explain why I thought it was too big (you can't make this stuff up!). Only after all of this, did they give me a return address...but I would have to pay for the shipping, which was $13 for a $40 shirt.
I then received two more shirts and they were NOTHING like the pictures. I complained that they sent me the wrong shirts and that I would be happy to exchange them for the right ones. Problem is, I'm sure they think they sent me the right ones, and therefore won't do an exchange and I am highly doubtful that they'll credit my card for a return. They'll simply do as the are doing now, which is coming up with excuses and delaying their replies (ignoring me). I'm probably going to just have to write this off as a lesson learned as I have very little confidence that I'll ever see my money again.
I'm still waiting for that 5th shirt.

Really disappointed. I brought 2 hoodies (black and grey). They are quite both grey and they are far from the picture they have on their website.
I don't recommend the hoodies for this prize and after waited 1 month to get the package...

I ordered a vest since January '22 that was untraceable because "their shipper doesn't provide live updates". The package arrived late February with 2 t-shirts and a pair of pants. While customer service responses are quick and they offered a discount future purchases, as of today not a word about sending the corrected order. The clothing is not bad for their prices but make no mistake, they have mastered the art of making their products appear far more premium they actually are. I likely wouldn't buy here again.

Hi Ordered 2 Jackets in November 2021. The first was delivered in December 2021 and the other one was delivered after 2 months. Very disappointing.

The pain point here was that the first jacket that was delivered looked better in picture than what I received. It was also bigger in size. I decided to return it after a few days. I tracked the item and it showed delivered since the first week in January 2022. I have been contacting the sales team for a refund. I am so disappointed that the team keep saying they are yet to receive an item that was delivered for about 2 months now.

Same story you've already read. Ordered on Feb 14th, Shipped on the 20th, it's been sitting in Avenal, NJ for 6 days. Sent an email. This is crap. Avoid!!!!

Scam scam!! The website shows very good stuff but in actual it’s garbage. I ordered a jacket for my husband. It took more than 20 days to reach and when I opened my parcel I was so shocked it was totally different what they showed in the picture on their website. Very disappointed😡

pologize.com is a a scam. They take payment, but deliver nothing, don't answer the phone, don't answer emails on order tracking queries.

These people are worth 1 thing: to be reported as scammer.

I love so many of the styles and products. I had an issue with my order, contacted customer service, and they promptly arranged for a replacement. Although the delivery of the new item took longer than I'd expected, it was in great condition and the rest of the process was easy and convenient.

The quality of the materials they used were very cheap. All made in China. The prices are too ridiculous knowing it was made from cheap materials.
Please avoid at all cost, not worthy of all the penny you will spend.

Exactly what I was looking for - excellent quality, beautifully made, great fit, great colour & service (thank you very much, Veronica). Highly recommended.
