DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!!

Ordered from them once, got the order very late, couple months later. It took a long time but I was able to forgive and forget since the quality was actually pretty good and I liked what I got. Decided to order from them again, this time expecting another late shipment. That was back in March 2024. It is now Oct 2025 and still nothing, and didn’t even get my money back. Don’t order from here if you don’t want to lose money!!

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Whatever you do, don't order any clothes online from this company. Ordered on 22 Sep 2024 and still nothing as of 07 Feb 2025. Clothes look great on the site, but your order will never arrive, despite the continued reassurances via email that your order is 'being shipped' - probably just a bot. Such a scam operation. Only got myself to blame I suppose. Don't make the same mistake, and spread the word about these scammers.

Don't buy from them

I've purchased from them back in 2021 and 2022. They were fine, but in 2023 something happened to the company. They're trash now. I made a $500 order and it hasn't shipped for over a year and I followed up. They've been giving the run about and finally just said dispute the claim with the bank as they can't provide a refund.

Trash company now, DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$. REALLY wish I had read these reviews before ordering a second time, but my first order last year was just fine. This go ‘round on June 14, 2024 I ordered a linen shirt because summer. On August 8, when I still hadn’t received the order, I sent a message through their website. On Aug 9 they said production was now running smoothly. On August 30 I again reached out and received the same cut/paste email on Sept 2 about production running smoothly. I replied that I wanted to cancel the order and was told "Unfortunately, we no longer have direct access to your order details at this time. If you wish to pursue a refund for your order, we recommend initiating a dispute with your bank to facilitate this process." I reached out again on Sept 23 to find out when it would ship. Sept 26 they said that I should receive a shipping tracking number within a week and to reach out if I hadn't so they could "rattle some cages". Of course I didn't hear back and emailed on Oct 4 asking them to "rattle cages". On Oct 7 I got this response, "We received your email and want to assure you that we're working on it. Due to the high email volume, our response may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and anticipate getting back to you within 48 hours." Guess who I haven’t heard from within 48 hours? Money down the drain.

As per earlier comments DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They accepted a large order from me 9 months ago. It was pre-paid and they claim they cannot ship and to contact my bank. What a load of rubbish - what on earth has my bank got to do with the fraud perpetrated by Pologize? Why would my bank refund money sent to Pologize??? It is a SCAM!!!!!!

This company is not to be trusted

This company is not to be trusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They took my order last November and it never shipped. Then I asked for a refund. More than a month has passed and I have not received it. AND, just now I went to their website to submit another complaint and their site was not functioning properly and did not send any of the four times I filled out their form. I will continue to post comments like this until they have fulfilled their legal obligation to refund my money.

Excuses, Apologies, and Gift Card Offer, all to get you to run out of limit to dispute the charge.

Order with PayPal to fight for your refund or dispute your CC before you run out of limit to dispute, don't say you were not warned.

I ordered over $500 worth of items with PayPal on Jan 24, never got it, many excuses, apologies, and gift card offer.
I got no communication till middle of March 24. I sent an email asking about my item.
Ella (Pologize) apologized for the delay, and confirmed that the order is completed, I will be receiving it soon.
5 weeks later, 3 months after the order was placed, no tracking info was sent, no item was sent.
I sent another email asking about my item.
Ella (Pologize) apologized yet again, and offered a gift card in the amount of my order total.

I simply just opened a dispute with PayPal 90 days after I placed the order. A week later, I escalated to a claim. The next week, PayPal issued me a full refund.

Here is the scam, you place an order, keep in mind you have 60 days (2 months) from when a charge appears on your CC statement to dispute it. If you begin questioning about your order before the 60days limit, you will keep getting excuses and apologies till your run out of time to dispute the charge. That way you never get your refund back even if you dispute with your CC. PayPal offer 180 days(6 months) to dispute. I knew I had plenty of time to beat them at their scam.

Ordered coat 15 NOV 23, never got it, many excuses and apologies. Finally agreed to refund still more apologies! DO NOT BUY HERE! Four months and nothing but apologies and thanks for patience. Screw that, product or refund, and we get neither!

Money stolen!

Like many others here, I never recieved my order placed on Nov 24, 2022. For over a year I've been trying to get my money back. They reply making you think the refund is coming but it never does. I'm sure at this point they are hoping I'll just forget that my hard earnd money was stolen but I will not!

Did not receive my purchase after 6 month and still trying to track them down

Made a purchase on 23/7/23, and did not receive my purchase even after the time that was said to be delivered by.

Continually tried to chase them up but received the same email....

Its like leaving a mystery present for the future you

i contacted support after 2 weeks not receiving a shipping confirmation and only a order confirmed one.

they responded saying they had shipping issues and gave me a coupon, they then said they will expedite the order within their warehouse,

42 days after i placed my order my clothing arrived, from USA>GB it was send as a 48 hour express. everything was as per the pictures and fitted exactly right for the size options.

Its not a bad website to order from they have good products its just whether you are willing to wait for their shipping team to get onto it and if your willing to chase them up before you start asking your bank to help with a refund like most of these 1 star reviews did.

Please note it did annoy me to wait that long but I've had that with small shops in the past as well and their products were great once a month or so passed and you finally got it

No shipping, no tracking AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered an item in September 2023, did not arrive. Contacted support many times but not a single helpful response. Only "assuring" me that my product will come. The lack of tracking and the months of shipment doesnt worth it (that is if it arrives at all).
The way of contacting support doesnt help either. You send a message which comes back to you from a third party member and then a so called Zendesk Digital support "helps" you in a different email.

Tried being understanding with the support but each time we exchanged letters it felt as someone is trying to scam me.

Definiately do not recommend.
