SCAM

SCAM! I emailed and left a message cancelling my orders the same day I had placed the order. After reading the horrible reviews I filed a dispute with my bank and Paypal. Instead of refunding money, I received notice that items were shipped. I will refuse the items. PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS! Horrible.

POLOGIZE - professional thieves!

POLOGIZE - professional thieves!
You don't get your ordered items, only 1000 excuses (the best: "Our customer service office and our supplier office are located in different places."🙈). When you then cancel your order, completely annoyed, they tell you that you only have a time window of 1.5 houres after ordering to cancel. Conclusion: No products, no cancellation, money gone - thieves!
And no matter what I write here in Trustpilot, POLOGIZE doesn't bother, they just keep stealing from customers. There are no consequences for these fraudsters....

This is a scam company I’ve been…

This is a scam company I’ve been waiting for a month on an order I was told would only take 12 days. They don’t answer calls and when I email I get the same cut and paste message every time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I regret ordering from this website.
Don’t order from it.
I ordered a month ago and still didn’t get a tracking number.
I contacted them by email and they keep sending the cliché you all received.

Be aware of this clothing store

Canceled two orders by their policy and they still shipped them. Returned them, one was delivered, other was return to me cause of unverified address. Still doesn’t want to make a refund. Offered me a voucher for the amount. I cancelled by their policy in less than an hour since I placed the orders and they shouldn’t ship them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Can’t contact them by email, always says “NOT DELIVERED”. How I did communication with same email before that? Total SCAM company!

You DO NOT care about your customers, have you ever refund anyone? And yes, I got email a day later after my negative feedback. And would like to tell all other people what you offer me: “20% discount on my next order!” What a dump joke! This a slap in my face. You’re extremely insolent “company”!

Bought the Pologize Long Sleeve Mandarin Collar Cotton Shirt.
Thin fabric - soft (not stiff) collar -
Not a good shape.
Sleeves 1.5 inches too short.
Loose stitching.

Cheap shirt that over promises and under delivers.
Unimpressed.

Company is a total scam

Company is a total scam. Just waiting the 30 days so Mastercard can get my money back. First order placed was for one pair of shorts it was shipped in one business day and received three days later. Reordered a larger purchase on July 16th and have received nothing but a single generic response from their email account. Mastercard has advised this is a problematic company they are on the verge of blocking from allowing them to use their company as a method of payment. Will be calling Mastercard back on Aug 15th to have Mastercard ensure my money is refunded.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I should have looked online reviews before buying from this company. I was scammed. The customer service tells the tracking number should come soon, nothing comes, rinse and repeat. It’s been weeks now.

I have to warn you about this scam

I fell for the good-looking ads on Facebook, and the webshop looks very legit, so I ordered a few pieces of clothes. But when I got the product I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry; the clothes are extremely poor quality. Like unusably bad.

There are no refund options so I consider my money lost.

A few years ago I bought short sleeve…

A few years ago I bought short sleeve polo shirt wine color I'm wearing it right now. I like it so I bought a black long sleeve polo I like that too. Fast forward to now 2022. I bought a padded jacket xl. 3 months later I received the jacket tried it on fits like a medium I'm afraid to lift my arms in case the arms ripp. The material is cheap feeling. Will not buy from pologize again. They just lost a customer. What is it can companies not get anything right anymore.

POLOGIZE I DONT NEED UR APOLOGY

Is this company a scam? I placed an order on 16th June 2022. This was actually my second time ordering from the web. And until today, there were no updates on shipments. Tried to contact via email and instagram still no response as if they're doing their job professionally but in truth they are not! I want refund fakers.

please stay away from this site ! its scammer!! I purchased 2 men's shirts which shows perfect and good looks on their site but as soon as I realised seen all reviews I wanted cancel but couldnt no section of cancellation available and contacted my bank but already taken and got dispatched notification 'it's on the way'..yes I was lured by this bad company i received my orders now i thought i never would get them but as i opend parcel was shocked by the material and fitting ..my son told me bin them ! I had little bit hope left so tried to return them no section of return only store credit can b issue even not full 15%..forget about it ! this is my second time being scammed the first incident I was lured also perfect ladies dress but received doll garment! people be ware these parasite aiming your hard earn money all the time !

Did not receive product at all

Did not receive product at all, I was home all day that it was apparently delivered but never arrived. Took more than 3 weeks to even tell me that. I wish I had come to check out this review site first before ordering from them as they are scammers clearly.

I love Pologize's design

I love Pologize's design, but i must admit, that i was concerned about the rating on Truspilot.

I got a confirmation on my order. Next a mail about a delay because of some warehouse issues - that's okay. My order came soon after, and my jacket is so cool!
