Do not buy from this company, if you even can still. Ordered 4 different styles of shoes and they all fit different even though they were all ordered in the same size. They are either way too big or too small for my kid despite measuring and following their sizing guide. One of the styles of shoes are horrible quality with a different name on them. Nothing like the other shoes I have ordered from them before. I reached out to the company by email and Instagram to find a resolution and after weeks, no one has responded. Their website also doesn't work, my phone marks it as unsafe, so something is happening there. I am stuck with multiple pairs of shoes and no way of resolving this. I want my money back.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Two are branded with poco brand, came in a poco box and are okay quality. The third pair is worse quality and is totally unbranded and came in a separate bag. Makes me think half their business is just drop shipping temu garbage. I will use the two good pairs, but I feel like I overpaid for the quality I got. Shipping took forever.

Always on sale - no returns, Cheap Chinese tat, SCAM

Website is very impressive and these look like a trustworthy brand, however you'll soon see these are Chinese tat. loose glue and Chinese text on the insole with crazy sizing. These are wayyyy bigger than the sizes on their size chart. If you want TEMU, go to TEMU.

The reason i'm here for this review though is that they are always on sale, meaning they are hiding behind a cloak to avoid returns. Its not stated in the Ts and Cs they dont accept returns on sale items. I wonder why!

Awful, awful, awful. Over 3 weeks and items have still not arrived. “Customer service” will not shed any light. I have explicitly asked for a refund twice, and am being ignored.

This feels like a scam! The website looks amazing …. But the products don’t seem to be genuine barefoot and are being shipped directly from China. Might as well have gone to Temu. I paid for express delivery, but the shoes took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. I emailed and asked for my order to be cancelled, which was refused. The shoes have arrived smelling extremely cheap, with Chinese branding inside them. Now I want to return them, and have to do it at my own cost, and can’t even find a return address. I don’t think I’ll ever see the refund tbh. Total scam. Don’t fool for it. Go and shop somewhere genuine and lovely like Inch Blue or Dotty Fish.

These are the only shoes my son will keep on his feet/ actually want to wear. He choses these ones over name brand shoes. I also noticed he walks better and more confident in the poco shoes, I wish they had more options.

The shoes are cheap and nasty with sharp velcro sticking out of the straps. When I went back onto the website there’s no way to return an item without contacting them, then when you go onto the chat, nobody replies. I’m now going to go to my bank to get my money back.

It’s a scam. A cheap product company disguising as someone delivering high quality product. Shoes arrived with no packaging / no branding and are just plain poor quality. Just as another review said, they look like you ordered something for 2$ from Temu and paid $40 for it. No returns accepted either. NEVER ORDER.

Absolute scam! Ordered nearly £100 worth of shoes in sale and when they arrived they were all apart from one pair, not even poco kids branded, but had Chinese names inside the shoes. All of them smelt like cheap plastic. When I contacted the company to complain they told me that they were clearance items which are non-returnable. Also the sizes are all messed up, 2 pairs of shoes the same size completely different in length.
Website makes them look so good but the reality is you are buying cheap plastic that looks like you ordered from Temu!

Great shoes and value! So comfy and easy to put on. Love the little teva esque sandals and the canvas strap shoes.

I ordered product for my 15 months old son, size 13-18 months, but shoes were too small for him (he is a big baby). Contacted customer service for exchange and it was great and pleasant experience.
Shoes are great quality, flexible and durable and really nice style. I love them, hopefully my son will too.

Excellent shoes for my child. We have a late walker and tried so many different brands so far. This shoes are the best. Very comfortable, my child loves wearing them, lots of room for feet to spread properly. Very easy to put on.

Our daughter loves the SugarPlum Toddlers First-walking Shoes. They have been a great transition from sock style shoes and are so easy to put on and off. I love that they can be worn without socks comfortably and they look great with everything she wears.

Bought this for my 2 yo and it's very nice shoe. Very protecting also shipping is fast (not sure why some folks complain here. It's obvioulsy takes some time to ship internationally but still fast). And on the top these are not as expensive as Amazon. Our favorite shoe brand!

My son didn't like his old armbands, but he took to these instantly. The glove design is much more comfortable.

I washed many times and shoes are easily yellow and the bottom came off after the third wash, wore barely 6 mths and this happened! Very lousy quality 😡
