No negative surprises—everything advertised was as promised, and both the merchandise and delivery were fine. The only issue is that the seller doesn't provide the carrier with a phone number, which makes it difficult to arrange a delivery time. You're not always home.

No delivery
Ordered two rims two months ago. Did not receive and can't even make a complaint about it. No real person to contact, just WhatsApp AI. Which repeats same thing. The tracking is stuck at the same place for the whole time. Just waste money and time..

it went smoothly
I ordered 4 pieces of Czech tires and paid in advance. I ordered here, because it was the cheapest price on the market (and free delivery by the shipping company). Then I read a few reviews that the deal didn't go well for some people and they lost money... I believed that it would go smoothly. The store sent me the goods within two days, informed me by email that the order was divided into two parts, sent the tracking number, and instructed me how not to accept the goods in case of defects. The courier delivered the goods on the appointed day, the tires arrived exactly according to my order, manufactured (DOT) half a year ago, not 2 years old. I am very satisfied! Thank you pneuleader
