Never buy as a company. They only have 6 months warranty on washing machines if you buy as a company. We had to pay for service ourself. The service man was shocked since the washing machine had been opened by service before and had 6500 hours logged. We haven’t opened not had service on it before and there has not been 6500 hours since we bought it even if we would have run it 24/7. They clearly sold us a used washing machine as new. Customer service is of no help at all. We will file a report against Alza and never buy again.
Seller changing ordered item without warning
They listed celebrations deluxe pin collection at a good price and a bunch of hours after making the order they switched the image and the title with a lower value deluxe pin collection of another expansion without any warning. If I wasn't looking I would have received an overpriced collection I didn't want. Beware of this seller
Very Poor
Not for the first time, I purchased an expensive item from Alza. I was stupid to do this. I did it because their offer was cheaper than their competitors. Beware: They do not take any responsibility for items they have sold and wrongly fitted. They refused to help when the expensive dishwasher I purchased from them was wrongly programmed. I have purchased many appliances in Prague over the last twenty years. In future; I will use Datart

In my case, they had my coffee machine for ~25 days and they brought it back same defect. When I complained - they said raise another case - another 30 days. Really?
Refund for a returned item (quality of support)
I have ordered and returned an item. It was accepted and part of the price was refunded. So far, so good. The largest amount was supposed to go on my bank account and that is where it all started. The payment probably did not go through Alza's payment gate, since my bank does not have an evidence of the transfer ever made. Alza leaves the investigation all on me, although we are in the same situation (they think they've sent it, I did not receive it). All they provide is an output of their payment gate system, but they require a stamped letter from my bank to confirm "that their payment was never received" :) which costs more than the amount they are supposed to return. Ridiculous. Not mentioning the fact, that I had to describe the situation to their support almost 10x. Plus their payment dept. has sent me all the supporting evidence 3x already, without proper next steps outlined. I mean, frustration has reached another level. The above drags on from Jan, 31st until today, so 11 days and counting.
Fast service, poor costumer experience
Service is fast. However they have a lot of weird sale where they put like 30% off, but the discounted price is actually the market price. They do a lot of shady things like that and their costumer care is poor so I rather shop elsewhere.

No delivery
I ordered a gym bench to be delivered on Thursday, got an email that it would be delivered on Friday. Waited all day for it on Friday and nothing, not even a message saying they wouldn't deliver. It's now Saturday morning and I'm on the phone waiting for the last 10 minutes to speak to someone. The pity is I paid for the product upfront, I'll have to go to the store in person as contact seems to be impossible. Terrible service.

Checkout is useless. Encountered two bugs when i tried to order my stuff.
Also, wanted to order notebooks (paper) for school. It was impossible to find.

Alza.cz stated for my order "Order by midnight, ready in the AlzaBox in the morning!
We guarantee a specific delivery speed to AlzaBoxes for selected products in each region, as indicated by the colour label. And with AlzaPlus+, delivery to an AlzaBox is free."
My order met these conditions but was not honored.
These guys are a nightmare of customer service
These guys are a nightmare, we were ordering 280K yearly from them in various things. And the management sold us on some leasing devices saying its better than buying, fine we did it, then the issues started. They could not automatically deduct from our cards the payments they had to have bank transfer inmagine in todays day and age bank transfer, so we had not employees that did this, we had to bring in an external person to pay out invoices on alza every month, but that was not good enough as every 14 days they will send it to a debt collector because god help if they have no auto payments, no 30 day payment time for montly processing.
We cancelled everything and Amazon signed a contract as they expand in SK and CZ more, trought Nivy tower we spread the message of Amazon and its great we get a referral from amazon and customers get a better service, what a breath of fresh air. Enjoy your debt collectors 20 euros, desperate company, the harassment was crazy. So happy to be done with ALZA.

I am writing to share my deeply frustrating warranty experience with Alza.cz to warn potential customers.
I purchased an Arctic Liquid Freezer II cooler (Order Number: [463788979]) from Alza.cz.
The product failed within the warranty period. I contacted Arctic's official RMA service, who were very responsive.
After diagnostics, Arctic's official support confirmed in writing (email) that the cooler had an "irreparable manufacturing defect."
With this official confirmation, I contacted Alza.cz to request a refund, as is my right under EU consumer law.
Alza.cz refused my claim. They are demanding a physical "official document with a stamp and signature," despite knowing that the manufacturer's official confirmation is a verifiable corporate email. The manufacturer cannot provide a document in this archaic format.
Alza.cz is using a bureaucratic technicality to avoid their legal responsibility. They are knowingly creating an impossible hurdle for the customer. While the manufacturer (Arctic) ultimately offered me a solution, the behavior of Alza.cz was obstructive and, in my opinion, deceptive.
Be very careful when dealing with Alza's warranty claims. Their process seems designed to make you give up. I have all the email correspondence to prove these facts.
