Customer service with Melanie was excellent. She was very patient with my many annoying questions and requests! I purchased with them because of their product certifications and high-quality products. Many beds and bedding products are cheaply made with chemicals that I don't want.

Mike gave me the time to think through each aspect of the mattress and all its accompanying equipment slowly thoughtfully and thoroughly. Mike was delightful to work with in my undertaking a daunting task to try to replace with a size and quality upgrade the Plush mattress I currently sleep on and have for the last several years. The quality of his service and regard was such that I felt I had found a friendly expert to guide me. He was careful to never make decisions for me. He is outstanding in representing the care, calm and thoroughness that I believe exemplifies the company's products.

We haven't received the mattress yet, but the customer service has been great so far. It was taking a little longer to get the mattress than we anticipated and we were worried that the mattress would be delivered while we were out of town. I contacted their customer service on the chat app on their website and Kath was able to delay the delivery until we get back.

We really like our mattress and the great customer service along the way. When we decided to go with a mattress topper to make it slightly softer, the first package was never delivered. So Mark in customer service did all the investigating he could do and was extremely helpful. He is sending a replacement. I love being able to talk with a real person on the phone and having all my issues addressed. Great customer service!

Mike was excellent in helping me today in finding out how to set up he correct firmness of my latex bed. The first three calls no-one was willing to help because there was not a “sale” involved due to the fact that my bed was 3 years old now. Mike was excellent in helping me zone in on the right setup.

I was assisted by Melanie today on a question I had about my order. I wanted to make sure my order is to be delivered to my shipping address and not my billing address, which is obvious, but another seller from another company made that mistake with an order I made with them. So, I sent an email and 20 minutes later Melanie replied back to me, even though is Sunday and I was not expecting an answer until Tuesday, since tomorrow is Memorial Day.

Melanie answered my question and gave my peace of mind in assuring me that my order definitely will arrive at my shipping address. She was very professional and friendly, which I appreciate.

I am as pleased with my dealings with Plushbeds as I was before. I like the quality of their mattresses and their customer service. Recently, I was helped by Jen, one of the customer representatives, and I was very impressed. She made me feel comfortable, as though I was a friend and she was looking after my business and cared about the outcome. Plushbeds, thank for having such a helpful representative.

I am beyond furious with PlushBeds. This company has proven itself to be a total scam, filled with nothing but liars and cheats. Let me share my nightmarish experience with you all, so you can avoid the same fate.

I placed an order for a mattress on May 3rd, with a guarantee from PlushBeds that it would be delivered by May 19th. This was a promise they failed to keep from the get-go. Instead of honoring their commitment, they constantly delayed the delivery, feeding me lie after lie.

Here’s a rundown of their deceit:

On May 21st, I was told by a manager that the mattress was already loaded and ready to be shipped. I felt reassured, thinking it was finally on its way.
The very next day, May 22nd, I called for an update, only to be told that they had just started creating the mattress! How can it be ready to ship one day and just starting production the next?
To add insult to injury, they then claimed it would be shipped on May 25th. I was skeptical but hoped for the best.
Within an hour, they called again and said it wouldn’t be shipped until Tuesday, May 28th, or possibly even longer.
This level of dishonesty and incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. PlushBeds has shown a complete lack of respect for their customers, blatantly lying about the status of orders and shamelessly delaying delivery.

I’m convinced this company is running a scam, taking money and stringing customers along with false promises and outright lies. Every single employee I spoke with, including the managers, fed me different stories, proving that dishonesty is ingrained in their business practices.

Save yourself the headache and avoid PlushBeds at all costs. They don't value their customers and clearly have no intention of fulfilling their promises. This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

PlushBeds, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your dishonesty and incompetence have lost you a customer for life, and I will make sure to spread the word about your disgraceful business practices. Buyer beware!
