I spoke with Ferdz. I want to rejuvenate a previous latex mattress with a firmer top layer and he figured out just how to do it. Big help - short amount of time and fuss. Thanks Ferdz.

Great customer service from start to finish.
While waiting for my mattress to arrive, Irma patiently kept me updated on its approximate arrival date and what to expect from the white glove delivery service.
Then, my bedding bundle arrived in the wrong size. Ferdz corrected the issue to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with Ferdz's customer service!

The customer service here is A+. Ferdz was so helpful. The latex mattress they sell are amazing. The pillows on the other hand were a disaster, but they tried their best to make me happy. I feel bad the pillows didn't work out. So at least I sleep great on the mattress and dealt with very responsive courteous customer service.

5 star customer service. My aches in my back and shoulders are feeling better every day on our new mattress. After a year or more of research considering a new mattress, we decided on PlushBeds botanical bliss. I’m so glad we did. Customer service has been responsive almost immediately. I have had a great experience with Plushbeds from the moment they helped me decide what would be the best option for me to the Topper itself.
The organic topper is extremely comfortable. My Grandson's live with me and the 8yr old constantly complained how his back hurt because the mattress was hard. The Topper I purchased from Plushbeds is so comfortable he loves it. I highly recommended Plushbeds.
