A terrible product and even poorer…

A terrible product and even poorer customer service.
I am contacting watchdog about the company and its products.
Photo evidence of the faults have been sent with complaint about the fitting and quality and they offered a refund if in as new condition. VERY POOR.

Excellent service

Excellent service. A damaged item (in postal system) was replaced speedily and free of charge but perhaps the packaging needs evaluating/improving as it would appear this occurs more than it should..

Prompt service great product

Prompt service, a good price (cheaper than many) and IT WORKS! I have had to throw away some versions from others, but this went onto my curved shower door with no problem.

Soap Dish with 25mm riser

I looked around the DIY and plumbers merchants for a soap Dish that would fit a 25mm shower riser Plenty of new kits that would mean drilling new holes in the tiles.Then on line spotted the Ecospa large chrome plated ABS soap dish. Excellent service recieved the goods within 3 days

Not quite as as efficient as previous orders

Have ordered from Plumbtap previously with excellent service.
My only disappointment this time was that I didn't an email to inform me that my item had been dispatched, and the order took a little longer to arrive.
However, will continue to buy from them in the future.

I do not have the item ordered.

I do not have the item ordered.

My order was received, acknowledged and my credit card charged. When nothing arrived, I e-mailed to check. I was told that my order had not been "finalised" so could not be filled. After a long chain of e-mails trying to get this fixed, I was told

"I have now refunded the order for you. If we can help any further please let us know. "

I then immediately also had an e-mail from the sales team as follows:

"13 Sep (4 days ago)
Dear Christine, We want to let you know that your order 56012/030918/84 status has been updated to... REFUNDED "

Now, at 17th September I find that I have NOT yet received this refund.

I should have been able to award zero stars.
