I required new shower seals and foiund the website easy to navigate, but I did not realise that there would be so many differing styles and sizes. However each was clearly depicted, both photographically as well as dimensioned drawings. Ordered on a Wednesday, delivered two days later. Good price - less than one-third of that being charged by our local (Milton Keynes) specialist bathroom shops.

Recently re-ordered shower seals originally ordered about 5 years ago. Found the same ones straight away, re-ordered and they arrived safely and quickly. Great price in comparison to most other sites and they’re the same high quality as they were 5 years ago. I ordered loads (even better value if you buy a pack of 2) so won’t need any for a while but I’ll definitely be back for more. Thanks!

Supplied a faulty radiator valve which leaked over my new wooden floor. Resulted in costing extra plumbing fees and a joiner to return to stain the wood back after the radiator water had stained the floor. Plumber diagnosed the the issue being due to a defective rubber seal within the valve.

Plumbtap asked for the valve to be returned for a replacement to be sent out, but they don't seem to see the inconvenience and extra expense this would cause, to pay a plumber to remove the valve to then return a few days later to fit a replacement.

I would advise you to buy elsewhere or local.

I ordered a replacement shower screen seal and, as usual, received a prompt and efficient service from Plumbtap. The seals can be difficult to fit because I have a curved screen but I've found that by placing the seal in very hot water it softens the hard plastic very slightly, sufficient to fit the seal onto a curved screen. Thereafter it retains its shape and can be removed occasionally for cleaning and replaced on the screen.

Arrived within the stated time. Fitted to my curved shower doors with the help of hairdryer to achieve the curve. Seem to be of good quality.
