Plumbits were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. As a visually impaired person, it can be daunting not knowing exactly what the right style is and Julie James described everything in so much detail and took her time to make me feel comfortable throughout. The bathroom fitter, Steve Adams, was professional, reliable and hard working. I’m over the moon with the end result, it’s absolutely stunning and have already had lots of compliments! I would recommend.

We recently had our bathroom and downstairs toilet completed by Plumbits and have to say that Steve Hubbard and our recommended fitter Jim McCoutts both provided excellent service.
Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided all the advice we needed throughout the design planning and purchase process and was patient whilst we worked our way through the ideas presented to assist in our decision-making, - even when changed our minds later on!
Thanks, must also go to Jim who was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing his expertise and experience to provide us with the best finish possible whilst keeping us updated at every stage of the process.
He was also very clean and tidy in his work, and a pleasure to have working in our home. His eye for detail and his pursuit of perfection was such a refreshing change.
The whole process was made much easier and ran so smoothly thanks to Steve and Jim’s combined efforts and we are really grateful to them both.

Needed a new part for a toilet I had purchased a few years ago from Plumbits. I rang Julie at the Showroom and within a few days she had sent a replacement free of charge. Service has always been excellent. Thank you Julie!

We've just had a shower enclosure installed in our bathroom by Plumbits. The work was carried with speed and efficiency by two excellent plumbers. They kept us informed about their work. They were punctual every day and left everything clean and tidy. We are so pleased with the results of their work. Can highly recommend this company.

Steve Adams was my fitter and suffice to say that he is a perfectionist.

We had an appointment with Steve who recommended a bathroom fitter Jim to install a complete new shower and enclosure. A visit from Jim to measure up made us feel at ease right from the start. The options were discussed and expectations confirmed and a fully itemized estimate was received and forwarded to Plumbits within 3 days. A follow on appointment with Steve at Plumbits gave us the opportunity to select some extras and chose the patterns for the shower boards and finish to trim and grab rails. The cost was competitive with other outlets and delivery was fast and on time. The fitter Jim was a craftsman with an attention to detail that was very reassuring. Given the age of the property a few problems emerged when the old bathroom was removed but Jim tackled these fully explaining the various options and fully solved every problem to achieve our desired outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending Plumbits and can assure customers they are in safe hands with Steve and Jim to design and fit your bathrooms and showers.

What magnificent service. In late 2022 Plumbits supplied us with everything for our bathroom upgrade. A couple of weeks ago the button flush on the toilet started to have problems. Alicia at Plumbits took this up with the suppliers and we now have a replacement FOC under warranty. That sort of help nearly 3 years after supplying our order is fantastic.

Alisha and Julie worked with us and designed a beautiful cloakroom for us. We used Plumbits 10 years ago to do our bathroom and ensuite which are still lovely thanks to the Roper Rhodes furniture. A small room has been transformed we are so pleased.

From the planning to the implementation of the work it was all very professional.
We were given expert advice and huge choice in the fittings of the new bathroom. There was a site visit to take measurements and another visit by the fitters before they started the job.
The job was done over 4 days and the fitters worked very hard. We were impressed with their friendly manner and their respect for our home furnishings. They cleaned up at the end of every day.
We are delighted with the choices we made in the showroom which have been brought to life in our new bathroom.

We popped into Plumbits showroom looking for inspiration and found it! Julie produced 2 excellent designs for separate bathroom and shower room and we found her to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and attentive through the whole process. Her team was also very supportive during the after sales period, nothing is too much trouble. Personal service is still alive and kicking at Plumbits, we cannot recommend them highly enough. We decided to go for a wet room so popped into the showroom to have chat!Julie gave us a visit and measured up and also gave us some great ideas!Then Suzie created a 3D image of what the finished design would look like which was fantastic as it gave us more of an idea!They recommended Andy to do the fit who i must say was superb in every detail of the renovation.

From the initial show room visit , then a site visit from one of their staff to establish what & how we wanted our new bathroom to look. A further visit to the showroom , Where their Bathroom designer specialist, helped us create just what we wanted & within our budget constraints. Nothing was too much trouble for the designer . A plan & a re-fit date was then scheduled in the diary.

Thank goodness an independent business that understands customer service! Totally faultless service cannot recommend enough! We had a few issues which were excellently managed. Not only do we have a stunning new bathroom but service from start to finish was excellent! Well done to all the staff!
