Prices are very competitive and easy to use site. Only concern is when I tried to confirm the booking, it was not accepted and when I restarted the room rate had increased.

One of the worst customer service and booking platforms I’ve ever dealt with. This company is not legit. I booked a round-trip flight for two passengers in October, received a trip number, but never got a confirmation email—and my card was never charged. I assumed it might take a day or two, but when I followed up, I discovered the flight was never booked at all.
When I called customer service and spoke to a representative named Chad, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and ultimately disconnected the call after I questioned his lack of support. I called back and was transferred around, left on hold for nearly an hour, and disconnected again. Meanwhile, the flight price went up, costing me more in the long run.
I tried speaking with another representative, Laura, and received the same poor service. JetBlue confirmed directly that no booking was ever made through Plum Benefits and even warned me that they receive frequent complaints about this platform.
This company advertises “employee discounts,” but the platform is unreliable, does not provide legitimate bookings, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the frustration—book directly through the airline. Plum Benefits is not worth the risk.

First time using Plum Benefits through Travorium. I saved $100 on my 4-day SUV rental compared to Expedia! If you want to save money on all your travel expenses, I recommend this Travel membership! So worth it! Enjoy your savings! agentsharmony

The service I have received has been close to Zero. I had to cancel a booking due to a family hospitalization (which I provided the proof for). The hotel said that it was no problem and they are just waiting for a call from Plum and/or their vendor (who in this case is Expedia) to give a full refund. The Plum rep told me I would have an answer in 72 hours. It has been 6 days and all I keep getting are Plum Benefits reps who do not speak english, do not help, and HANG UP on me when I do not give an answer they like. The service is horrible!

This purchase is pending/not sure, but the one before i bought the ticket only to be told I am getting a refund because of "high demand"? Am i not buying a ticket that someone is selling? How is the issue high demand if i already bought tickets available at that moment? Hopefully that doesnt happen this time

My experience has been good. The staff was friendly.

I bought 6 AMC tickets for use at the movie theater. 3 of the 6 tickets were invalid. Plum Benefits takes no responsibility- claiming it is AMC’s fault. AMC says I need to resolve with Plum Benefits. Three hours later on the phone with customer service and several emails they still claim that my purchase is “non refundable” and my responsibility. I don’t know what to do - I just wanted to see a movie and thought I could save a few bucks. Not worth it!!!

Really a zero but that was not an option. Avoid the hassle and steer clear!! You will never get a link to your tickets/purchase, you will hold for hours for incompetent/dishonest customer service and then get denied a refund.
This company is shady -not worth the “discount”!

FYI I added my order number 2 days ago and I have not heard back.
Looked to file a complaint with the BBB- but not surprisingly this company is not even BBB accredited.

Could not execute checkout with my personal email and use my reward points, constantly got error message. Order only went through using my business email where I had no reward points. Customer service in the Philippines was terrible she could not even find the gift card order that i was using.

I have been calling 3 times the last two weeks after I reserved a hotel stay through plumbenefits. Upon arrival the front desk said they didn’t have the reservation even though I had the confirmation email with all of the information and my card was charged the stay amount. I needed to rebook a room for more money at the same hotel that luckily had rooms available. I looked at the bottom of my receipt to show that it was booked through HotelBeds USA Inc, which is another company I can’t seem to get ahold of through customer service. I put in a dispute through my card company. Never again. Order number 78696425

THE UPDATE: THE REPLY TO MY REVIEW ASKED ABOUT THE REFERENCE NUMBER SO THEY CAN ADDRESS THE ISSUE. LET US SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
BOOKING NUMBER Ref # 1021381141
I have booked a flight on August 22, 2024. Travel dates were December 14 to December 22, 2024, from Toronto to Cancun, Mexico, for two persons.
When I booked the flight, the booking showed carry-on included in the price. Two days before the flight I found out it did not include carry-on.
I contacted support, and they confirmed that it was a mistake on PLUM BENEFITS side. I was told to buy a carry-on and send the receipt to THEM.
When I called the airline, it turned out that carry-on is not available for purchase by itself, but only if I buy seat selection would carry-on be included.
West Jet website specifically says that ultrabasic tickets cannot include carry-on.
I checked the prices for the luggage and the seat selection that included carry-on. The price for luggage was $91.00 both ways and for seat selection that included carry-on was $212.00
I called PLUM BENEFITS back and explained the situation and stated the prices. I advised that I could buy two luggageS and save money for the company. The agent on the line said that I could only buy luggage and a carry-on or two carry-ons.
I asked again if he was sure as I wanted to save money for the company and buy two luggage instead. He insisted on the same that he stated before. I asked him to write an email confirmation.
I GOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
I sent the receipt of the purchase on December 21, 2024, but I am still trying to get the money refunded to date.
The manager I talked to on Monday, February 10, promised to call me back within 24 hours, but failed to do so.
His name is Adriel Tomlinson.
I talked to a few more agents but all of them were useless and did not understand the situation.
I GAVE UP WAITING FOR THE REFUND AND DECIDED TO WRITE A REVIEW INSTEAD SO OTHER PEOPLE WOULD BE AWARE OF THESE SCUMMERS!

I booked a hotel on Plum Benefits based on their review of this hotel in Tampa, Fla. I found out after a friend looked into the hotel that it is dirty, bug bed infested, smells, and homeless people hang around hotel parking lot and pool. It is in a drug use area. I immediately cancelled within 3 weeks of booking this hotel and Plum Benefits refused to give me a refund to book another hotel. This hotel is called Laquinta Inn by Wyndham Fairgrounds and Casino in Tampa Fla. It's disgusting and should not be on Plum Benefits site. I still want my refund. Lori Osborne.

In looking at concert tickets - no different than the scalpers and bots overinflating ticket prices. Same row, same section we go from $350/ticket to $800/ticket. Tickets haven't gone on sale yet they have a bunch of them. PLUM BENEFITS promoting these tickets - they are part of the problem....do not use.

This must be the worst company for customer service. I booked a rental through them, not knowing that there was a $500 deposit with the company EASIRENT in Texas. I immediately tried to cancel it with Plum benefits, which directed me to the rental car company. I have been trying to get my money back since January. I have been given nothing but the run around. Every Rep comes up with a different lie. The entire time I was thinking it was the rental car company but it was PLUM BENEFITS not releasing my refund.
If you can, use another company and don’t waist your time or money with PLUM BENEFITS.

This might be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. If any employer ever thinks of using this please reconsider.
