Very helpful and great products
Carola was really helpful at recommending a suitable stripping knife for my Welsh terrier. Product has arrived now and seems great - an upgrade on the stripping stone I was using before, and none of the hairs from my first try with it are cut/broken.

Dissapointed
Despatched quickly, sadly the item was not up to scratch. Purchased groomers Classic course stripping knife but found that metal of handle stands proud of wooden side pieces so is uncomfortable in hand plus there are sharp burrs on edges of metal handle. Tried to contact by phone and left voice mail, no return call in 3 days. Looks like I’ll have to resurface and fettle handle myself.
Disappointed with quality and service for what is a pricey item. A little time to inspect before despatch would prevent poor quality items leaving store.

Thanks for arranging return and refund, this is much appreciated however it appears that the facts of what happened have been misinterpreted.
The first item was sharp in hand because of poor finishing, burrs on metal handle, wooden sides not meeting flush. The replacement had a chuck of the wooden handle missing, not just a small crack. If photos were permitted in your feed back I could post the pictures I sent you. Following this I will no longer be recommending Pluck and Shine. Others may also like to know that I bought a replacement by Yento from Christie’s Direct. Its a little smaller in hand but works very well and costs less.

Thank you for writing this feedback. I'm sorry you did not receive a product that met your expectations and I apologise for not contacting you. I have had some problems with the mobile service and upon re-booting the phone it then showed me that there were missed calls.
I tried to resolve the issue, sending a replacement stripping knife together with a pre-paid envelope to return the defective item with that envelope. The replacement left in perfect condition - I made sure of that after the first time, but it was rejected for being faulty, too. A full refund has been issued and we apologise for this inconvenience caused.
Edit: today we received both knives back. One indeed had a tiny crack at the end of the handle. The replacement is still flawless. The wood on the ends of the handles are deliberately slightly curved and smoothed to avoid friction and blisters during long work for those people who have bigger hands.
It is a feature, not a flaw, which you find on most of the groomer.dk handstripping knives.
