Not sure how legit they are
Not sure how legit they are. Ordered and was charged for a hat 12/5. Said it would ship after 1/19. It arrived around 2/16. Looks nothing like advertised product and they spelled the artist name wrong!!! After several complaints they were to remake them and said they were sent out 2/27. It is 3/17 and I still don’t have it. I have ask if it is the advertised product but no response. I would seriously think twice before purchasing anything from this site
Combined products
Dont order combined products such as dvd + audio cd. If the dvd is released in 8 months and the cd is released within weeks you get nothing until the dvd is released. I have suggested enabling streaming to those that have ordered the premium products but they are not interested

Customer service is an absolute shambles.
First of all, to stress, I am aware that Pledge Music are not responsible for the band putting the project release date back, and back, back.
Pledge made in August 2016 for 2 items. Project was funded and fulfilled quite quickly, so payment taken. No problem, I've used Pledge Music before and know what the deal is with them.
Original release date for project was April 2017. Smashing! Then pushed back to December 2017. Not so good. Then pushed back again to April 2018. Not acceptable, considering the band in question had managed to put out a number of other pledges for old and reissued material.
Contacted Pledge for refund on project stressing that although i am aware they are not responsible for the band messing around with release dates, but I would like a refund on items. Waited a little while for them to get back to me due to xmas holidays. No problem. Then i received an email asking me to send bank account details via email - contrary to every single piece of good practice advice given about online security awareness, but nevermind. I refused and asked for payment to be refunded to original payment method - which is actually what they state they would do on their website. Then advised they couldn't do that since it was such a long time since payment was taken (this i quite agree with) and they would call me to arrange refund be given over the telephone. I replied immediately with my telephone number, and then nothing for over a week. I then send three chasing emails to the company asking for an update - no response. Then, an automated email advising that because they hadn't heard from me, they would close the query if I didn't respond. I respond, asking why they had ignored my previous 3 emails and I wanted someone to get back to me, miraculously a human being responded with a phone number for ME to call THEM to arrange a refund. I do this, give the staff member my credit card number, then apparently my refund will turn up in the near future - even confirming via email. Good news.
Bad news. The next day, they can't manage to do a credit card (despite it being the same credit card number I used to pay for the pledge in the first place) refund due to some excuse about a new system being put in place (?), and it must be via PayPal (which I won't use - hackers paradise) or via bank transfer. So, in order to get my money back I have to give my bank account details out over the telephone and hope I am not about to be hacked further down the line - this company don't exactly promote efficiency so far. Called company, the one and only member of staff that apparently can sort out refunds is in a meeting and someone promised me a call back which didn't happen. Hence yet another email to this shambles of a company asking what on earth the problem is.
No response, chased again.
I receive an email from Pledge advising that they are very sorry and that they will be having a meeting that same day to talk about how they are going to refund me and that they would contact me first thing the following morning. Guess what? They didn't. So, another email sent asking what the problem is now - besides shocking incompetence. Three days later and still awaiting a response. I send another email asking what is happening. No response. I send another email advising that I am getting really fed up with their incompetence and being given the runaround and I would like my refund by any means possible - a cheque would do at this point. No response. I wait two days, and email again and ask for an update. No response. I wait until the following day and email again asking for my complaint to be escalated to a manager, and miraculously within the hour I receive a response advising that they've had further meetings re. sorting out a refund (I highly doubt it) and that they can't issue a refund to the original payment method, they also can't issue a cheque but if I wanted to open a PayPal account they can send me some virtual money, which means nothing to me, or I can send them my bank account details. I respond, advising that I am not sending them bank account details via email, but they phone me and I'll give it to them over the phone. Surprisingly, they did and the refund was issued immediately. Fingers crossed that giving my details to a company that specialises in incompetence and giving customers the runaround for a month and clearly couldn't care less about their customer service and only managed to pull their finger out when I requested a manager look at the case, is in fact secure and I don't run into any suspicious account activity further down the line.
For anyone who is in a similar situation or needing to get in touch with them and their emails get ignored (like the virtual ream I sent them) - their telephone number is 02037710320 since they can't quite manage to publish it on their website.

Download just arrived after 6pm. But read on....
Ordered the Shame debut as a download in November, nearly 6pm on release date today and no download. It was the same price on Amazon, I could've had it instantly but I thought this would be supporting the band. Love the band and they deserve way better service than this. Just received an email (about 5.30pm) that stuff is delayed in the warehouse but mine was a digital download. So it's not in a frigging warehouse.
Two emails later I'm none the wiser and I am in the process of cancelliing my PayPal payment if I can.

I ordered a birthday gift for my fiance on November 11th, (Dimevision 2).
His birthday came and went and still no package. So i had to use it as his Christmas gift, except I couldnt, because it still hadn't arrived by Dec.25th Yet!!! I didn't receive the package until January 2nd. 2 MONTHS and 2 ruined gifts. When the item finally did get here, it was cheaply made and some had damage. VERY unimpressed, and will not order from this site again.

I feel like I just got scammed from this site. I wish I had seen the reviews before I made a purchase with this company. I purchased a Bullet for my Valentine Blu-ray dvd at the first of Dec and still haven’t received it. After my purchase I noticed later there is no tracking number given. After some time had gone by I decided to contact them about delivery. I quickly noticed it wants you to post a question on their bogus forum that never gets a reply. I found an email for customer service which is invalid. Only found one phone number online after extensive research and it’s a recording and you can only leave a voicemail. With all the complaints online I don’t understand how this site hasn’t been shutdown. I will be pursing action on this company and contacting my bank.

Bought many things of pledge and overall been very pleased . If you do have issues message there customer services do not message on artiste comments they will not be read. Have had some issues but refunds are done and you do get prompt replys (not quick ) I have had damaged item (not pledges fault) OMD release had production issues sent photos and waiting for replacement from dispatcher (not pledge) they do there best be patient 🐵
