I got the product key almost immediately. And while there was some initial hiccup in installation I mailed Chris and within an hour the issue was resolved. So happy with my purchase. Cost effective and hassle free! Recommended 👍

The first code for Microsoft office 2019 for MAC I received did not work. I sent an email and received an immediate reply from Chris. We walked through the issue. Chris sent me a new code and it works perfectly. Very happy with the tech support Thanks Chris.

Got a computer that didn't come with Microsoft Office. And kept pushing me to buy Microsoft 365, for which I had no use for. And the only way I could use Office is if I went to Office.com, which prevented me from downloading documents without. Major errors!!!

So I hunted and hunted til I found Plaza Software Support. Got an extremely reasonable price and great tech support that helped me thru my issue with downloading. Thank you, Plaza!! You guys are awesome!!!$

I had difficulty loading office because of a dumb mistake I made. Chris was very helpful and got things going in a hurry.

I did experience some difficulty with the Office 2019 installation but Chris was able to give me good advice to complete the installation. As it turned out the install was blocked because a very old Office version which wasn't even installed but remnants remained on the hard drive. Removing ALL the old versions allowed the Key from Plazasoftware to complete the install.

I was genuinely on the fence about purchasing from Plaza. I took the chance and my product key said it had already been redeemed. However after a few emails with customer service I was provided with a new working key. Easy to reach, and prompt in resolving my issue. Only 4 stars because of my initial problem but will use them again. Would recommend.

Was a little skeptical about purchasing it but after looking at reviews I decided to give it a try. At first there was an issue with the key but within 30 minutes of emailing the support team I got a useful response and the issue was resolved within the hour.

I had a such a great experience with this company. I was looking for a key for my windows 10 pro, I searched for it on google shopping and they popped up at a reasonable price. I then googled the company because I never heard of them and wasn’t sure what to make of the reviews but I went ahead and Purchased Windows 10 Pro key online with them, initially I was having a challenge with the key my computer wasn’t processing it correctly. I emailed their support team and within minutes they responded I was really surprised by that. Chris helped me get everything fixed and I am so grateful. I ordered Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student 2019 For Windows Device × 1. It worked fine for a year & a half. When I went to Microsoft Outlook to view an e-mail, it changed something in my program. I was unable to open my Word, Excel etc. I contacted Plazasoftware & they helped me get my Microsoft Office 2019 working again. I did have to download it again from the Microsoft site but it works fine now. The problem I had was not Plazasoftware's fault. I was very pleased they were able to walk me through the process of how to get it restored on my laptop. I have been very pleased with their service. THANK YOU.

I was skeptical that such a good deal could be true, but decided to take a chance and purchase. I'm glad that I did. I did encounter a small problem on first attempt at downloading, so contacted site for help. Chris got back to me within a half-hour. Lucky for me, I had figured out what I was doing wrong, so downloaded program and starting using word. Thanks Chris and Plazasoftware

Does not work - cannot activate .
Spent 6 hours trying to activate with instructions given and activation FAILED

I ordered Microsoft Office from plazasoftware.com and I had problems installing it. The problem was not with plazasoftware.com but it was with due to my lack of technological experience. "Plaza" was very understanding and very helpful in resolving the issues. I was concerned that they would get frustrated with my lack of experience but their help didn't stop and they were very understanding. I would encourage anyone to use them and expect nothing but the best service because that is what you will get.

Plaza software ..I would look to buying somewhere else before considering this company. The sent me an expired product key that was already used, I sent them quite a few emails concerning getting another one and they kept asking all this information from me assuming I was lying about it. Now I ordered two office 2019 for desktop and Laptop. The one key did work , however the other did not. So it’s hit or miss , and risky. Yes it’s cheap, but you may get a bad product. If you get a bad product key they will not refund money or give you another one , and will continue to question your integrity.

Buy somewhere else , you may pay a little more but hope you get a decent product.

I ordered both Microsoft Office 2019 Home/Student and Visio Professional For Windows. The installation and activation of the MS Office suite went quickly and smoothly. When I had an issue with the original product key for activating Visio, I contacted Chris for help. He sent me instructions on reinstalling Visio and a new product key code. Installation and activation of Visio went smoothly the second time. Now I have all the licensed products I need installed on my computer. Thank you Chris for your help! Will definitely order from you again for future software needs!

I purchased MS Office 2019 Home & Student version but when I downloaded and installed it the product was 2016 version. Chris helped me persistently to uninstall and re-install the correct version even though it was past midnight. Great customer service.
