I have used Plaza software for several years. Recently I had a failure due to MS Windows11 update (as often happens - Microsoft's fault not Plaza's). MS told me to uninstall and reinstall. Which I had difficulty accomplishing. They were professional, patient, and kind. The difficulty was all due to Microsoft - NOT Plaza Software. I highly recommend them. With their help I was able to re-install the Office software that i rely upon. I highly recommend this firm. They are terrific.

I have purchased License keys for Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office on several occasions. The installation and activation process has worked 100%, every time by just entering the license key for the software. I have never been asked to "Activate by phone" or given any kind of "run-around". I would definitely recommend this company for purchasing software.

I had first an issue with them delivering a license for office which they solved in minutes. Then when the product looked unavailable, they solved that too. It was a different version but it’s fully functional which is what matters. Thanks!

This company is absolutely the best. I had an issue with a CD key and it was on a Sunday night even. We walked through steps and they fixed the issue immediately. I will always trust this company with my software needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It took us some time but he got it running for me. And I'm the most incompetent computer operator ever.

I've used Plaza Software on multiple occasions.
When I had install problems, which was just twice, support was all over it.
Most often if one follows their instructions, it just works.

Very Satisfied! I goofed up and order MAC version vs. Windows version of MS Office. Michael in customer service took care of me getting the correct version and stayed with me until the download was successful.

I was looking for an inexpensive operating system. I found it! Although I had an issue with the OEM key being overused, I was more than pleased with the quick response and correct usable key sent to me by customer service. Even though it did not work the first time, I still give the company 5 stars because of their customer service. Items made be incorrect or broken or now working...customer service has to be emphatic and quick. Plazasoftware provided that customer service to my upmost satisfaction. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that cares!

Delivery of software could not of been any faster. When I needed assistance with a self inflected botched install, they resolved my issue very quickly so I could continue on. I would highly recommend you check with Plazasoftware first for all your software needs.

I chose this company bc they did offer the option to purchase w/Paypal, and I was able to download and install w/no issues. They also offered a 10% discount, which was a nice deal. FYI - - you do need to set up a Microsoft account as the download does come directly from Microsoft.

I bought the MS office 2019 for home and student from Plazasoftware.com sometime in February, 2021. I was able to download and install the software smoothly. During that time when I needed help, Chris the tech support responded to my email promptly and provided immediate assistance. Over the weekend, I just bought a new laptop and have uninstalled the software from my old laptop so that I can transfer the software from my old laptop to the new laptop. So I reached out to Chris to get some help and once again he responded to my email within the same day and provided me instructions and assistance on how to proceed. My experience with the software purchase from Plazasoftware was wonderful. The purchased was smoothly and I was able to download and installed the software in 2021 and I have the same pleasant experience on my 2nd installation on my new laptop. I have bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus 2021 For Windows Device. They asked photo of my documents to confirm the order. I asked them to give money back. Since that they responded with long delays and did not keep their promises. In the end they sent a letter that they refunded the money, but the money did not come to me. When I asked what was wrong, they said that nothing depended on them, it all depended on my bank. So much time has passed and I have not received my money back. I strongly advise not to buy keys in this store, despite the high ratings in the reviews.
