I was looking for some RC spares that aren't easy to find the UK and Plaza Japan had them at a great price. The experience was really straightforward and the communication was excellent. When UPS lost a figure I ordered from Plaza Japan, there were some hiccups when trying to get a response from Plaza Japan. However when I contacted them with a different email, they were quick to respond and quick to ship another figure. Customer service was also very kind, and if another figure ends up on my radar, I'll probably be getting it here.

The item was ordered from Japan on May 17th and delivered to the UK 10 days later. Beautifully packaged and exactly as ordered. Website easy to use and also a good price.

I pre-ordered two Kato model railway sets from Plaza Japan. I was a little apprehensive at paying for the goods in full, potentially months before they arrived, but I need not have worried. Everything arrived in perfect order and well packaged. Once they were in stock, they arrived within days from Japan to New Zealand.
Tax as well as delivery has to be added to the displayed prices, but this still represents great value for money.
My only minor niggle was that there was very little by way of updates or comms until the items were in international transit or had already landed in the country. Now I know what to expect, that is not an issue.

I was able to find a variation of an item I could not find locally (a fountain pen) at a really fair price and it was packaged very well for transit and inside were scrunched up Japanese newspapers so now I’m also having fun with Google translate, learning about Minamata disease controls in Western Japan.
