i am a first time customer

i am a first time customer. i ordered a Tamiya Hummel as i have always been impressed by their kits. i liked the price and delivery to canada was only 17 days. a very pleasant surprise. keep up the great work and i will be back. well done

An amazing customer experience

An amazing customer experience, bought some pre order Kato gauge 009 points on pre order. Communication was fantastic throughout and being in the UK, that was appreciated. I’ve received points at a great price and you can’t get them yet in the UK. My sincere thanks.

excellent!

Great site, I happened to place my order when they were out of their office but it shipped the second they were back. I had never ordered from outside the US before and I'm glad I did so. 10/10 would order from again!

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, item arrived in 3 days even though it was shipped economy air. I have had parcels shipped inside the UK take longer than that. Beautifully packaged and the use of Japanese newspaper fascinated my 11 yr ol daughter who loves anything to do with japan
