I ordered from germany and got my package with all products I ordered.
The prices are good and the shipping fees normal.
In my opinion Plaza Japan could have some more different size variants of some of their clothing products like socks. That would be an argument for me to buy more of this product types from their website. Also a filter function for clothing sizes would be great.
One lesser rating-star, because they could implement the frequent sending of "order status update mails". My package arrived much more later as suggested and I didn't received any delivery status information about it. I had to write manually a mail to plaza japan for more information.

Didn't believe it was real when I first seen Plaza Japan
Having 1 Cent sales on actual great items but then read some reviews took the jump and got some great collectables rather cheap. Then I received parcel 3 days after it was processed only could wish the normal post in my country went that quick.

Item delivered in good condition, all item are original product from japan, easy buying process, and price in very good.

Ordered a $65 model kit. Received it and then received a bill from UPS for an additional $22 shipping. I paid $44 shipping at check out. Hidden in the terms and conditions there is a section that says there "may be some additional shipping charges ". It should be listed in tje shipping section just like Ebay does it. I would never have paid $66 to ship a $65 item

I paid about $45 USD in shipping costs.

I paid ~$20 at time of purchase which I thought was all I would have to pay, but the courier charges another $25 which I was not adequately informed about.
